My Routine Diary

I am not doing any exercises today and will only post my starting stats.

BPFSL 7.0 inches
BPEL 6.25 inches
MEG 5.75 inches
BEG 6.5 inches

My workout will be stretches out, left, right, out, down, out, and up. Each one will be for 30 seconds giving 3.5 minutes of stretching. Afterwards I will jelq 50 times. I am going to do three set and see how I respond.

First workout and routine rational

My workout will be stretches out, left, right, out, down, out, and up. I complete these stretches in order for a reason.

First, I believe that the straight out stretch is the most important. This is the direction that my penis points when having sex and is used for the BPFSL measurements.
Second, the stretches left and right target the ligaments in a unique and needed manor.
Third, the down stretch seems to be the main size giver in many routines.
Fourth, the up stretch seems to target the topside of my penis. I need to target this because this seems to be a limiting factor for many individuals.

First, I stretch out first because I want to pull the ligaments and tunica out.
Second and third, I stretch left and right for the same reason.
Fourth, I stretch out to pull whatever stretching left and right loosened up.
Fifth, Then I stretch down to target the ligaments directly.
Sixth, I then stretch out again to continue the final tunica stretch.
Seventh, I stretch up last because by now the ligaments and tunica are loose enough to target the topside of my penis. If not I believe that the stretch will target the tunica most leaving the ligaments alone.

Today I stretched, jelqed, stretched, jelqed, stretched, and jelqed. Tomorrow I will jelq before doing the same routine.

I completed the stretching routine out, left, right, out, down, out, and up for 30 seconds each. I was followed by 50 jelqs. I completed three sets.

I measured my pre-workout BPFSL at 6 7/8 inches and post-workout BPFSL at 7 1/4 inches.

PI indicators are good! My flaccid penis is hanging longer and thicker.

I jelqed first - 50 reps.
Stretched straight out, left, right, straight out, down, straight out, and up for 30 seconds each. It was followed by 50 jelqs. I completed three sets.

Have you considered using heat as a warm-up? Like a heating pad or such? It really helps.

I have and haven’t because I do not own a heating pad. However, if I don’t grow in a month I will purchase one. I want to do as little as possible getting as much as I can before adding to the routine. I did not measure my pre-workout BPFSL today, but yesterday I went from 7 1/8 to 7 1/4. My starting BPFSL stretch from four day ago was exactly 7 inches and post-BPFSL today was 7 1/4 inches. So far so good.

I may double stretch time and double the number of jelqs next week.

History, thoughts, and recommendations

I bought an electric heating pad today and decided to put it in my penis tool box. Seeing my tools jogged my memory regarding them. I have an 8” x 2.5” cylinder, the common squeezable bulb, a breast pump, and an electric pump that uses 3 AA batteries.

I noticed a few things when using the bulb, breast, and electric pumps. I noticed when using the bulb pump I could pump to about 7 inches and packed the tube. When using the breast pump I often almost reached the full 8 inches with the tube packed. Finally, I used the electric pump and I could pump to about 7 ½ frequently with the tube packed. I didn’t have improvement with my erections with either of these so I gave up until now.

Looking back I’ve determined the breast pump may have grown my penis. The breast pump does not use constant or pulsing high pressure. The breast pump works by slowing expanding the width and length of my penis without causing edema contrasting the bulb and electric pumps. I’ve determined the pulsing is similar to manual stretching and jelqing the penis. I don’t know.

I also do not understand why or how when pumping using the electric or breast pump my penis is larger than my BPFSL. My BPFSL is 7 ¼ inches. With the electric pump my penis was ¼ inch longer on average. Even more unexplained is at times my penis was almost ¾ of an inch longer using the breast pump. I seriously doubt my BPFSL was almost 8 inches. How can my pumped penis grow longer than my BPFSL?

With that said, I remember when using either of the three pumping methods the tube was warmer than my usual erection temperature. Remembering this has changed my mind regarding heating my penis with a warm-up. I will start using the heat pad for 5 minutes before and after my workouts starting tomorrow. I will also remove the initial jelqing session.

I stopped pumping about two months ago and I do not feel that I am new to this process. With my past experience I am curious if I should add a pumping session at the end of my routine. I believe that using the AA battery powered electric pump would be best to improve erection quality.

Another option is to use the breast pump followed by the electric pump. With the growth that I’ve witnessed it certainly an option. I would have to purchase at least a 9 x 2.5 inch tube. Honestly, the thought of having a fat 8 inch penis really appeals to me.

Does anyone have any recommendations or thoughts about my situation?

After my workout today I decided to finally open my zen hanger. It has a leg strap and a noose. I used it for the first time for an hour. It was very comfortable. I did not stretch my penis as far as possible and could pull it about 1/2 an inch longer if I wanted. I noticed that my flaccid penis was thicker than when I finished my dry jelqing sessions during my routine. It was warm to the touch and I believe this to be a good thing.

I don’t understand how my penis has more girth when stretched. Based on what I’ve read my penis should stay thin when stretching with a static stretching device. I will not pretend to understand how my penis operates. But, I do understand cause and effect.

I am going to add a one hour stretch with the Zen hanger to my routine. It is very simple and my penis responded very well. It’s been about 30 minutes and my penis is still longer, thicker, and warm to the touch!

I used my Zen hanger for one hour after my posted workout. My penis’s hang was great until about two hours ago. My penis starting getting shorter after, do I used the Zen hanger for another two hours. My hang is great again.

Weekly Update and Workout

  • BPFSL: 7.125 - improvement of 1/8 inch
  • BPEL: 6.38 - improvement of 1/8 inch
  • MEG: 5.88 - improvement of 1/8 inch
  • I’ve seen improvements in erection quality. I was harder, longer, and thicker than before.

  • I will complete 100 dry jelqs before my three set routine instead of the 50 I was doing. My penis is always warm after jelqing and this will need to suffice as my warm-up. Everything else will remain the same.

I used my Zen hanger for two hours after my posted workout. I’ve never seen my flaccid hang this long and my flaccid girth is a site to behold.
