New Member Need Accountability
Hi guys,
I’m currently 25 years old, 5’10” about 175. I’ve actually been on here for over 3 years now doing research and so far attempting the newbie routine, hanging & extending. Some of which I started as a teen and all of which has been inconsistent. So much reading in these years I feel like I know some of you lol.
I’ve used the rice sock, a lamp & am now interested in US but holding off on that until I can do more research and knock out a full 3 month newbie routine (please advise me on best heat method for semi-beginner). My background in fitness built my mind to understand the “lifestyle change” or “marathon” mindsets associated with real growth & that helps, but might also play a part in my procrastination with starting. Waiting for the “perfect” time schedule wise, roommate wise, etc.
Without dragging this out too much I really admire and respect the sense of community you guys have and I want to be a real part of it. I want to check the site regularly because I have something to be accountable for, and that’s my promise.
I’m currently 4.5” NBPFL / 7”-7.2” BPEL / 5.75”EG. I PROMISE to hit 6” NBPFL / 8.5” BPEL / 6.25” EG with hard work and consistency. I appreciate any & everybody who helps me along the way. Thanks!!
