New Routine Progress

I will do a routine that consists only of manual stretching and some jelqs.

2 sets of 1 minute in all directions, a few minutes of BTC and 60 jelqs at the end of the entire session
I will start with 3 days on and 1 day off if I feel like I’m too tired, I’ll decrease it to 2 on and 1 off.
In 3 or 4 months I’ll be back to report the gains.

Well, 7 days have passed. I’m doing 2x1, not because I’m tired, but because I’m running out of time.

19º day. So far no visible gains, but I remain confident!

Day 21. Today is rest, I noticed some red spots, but they usually disappear on rest days.

Day 24. I noticed that my sagging has increased, I measured myself this morning and I had a sagging of 14.5cm. The last time I measured it was a few months ago, it measured between 12-13cm.

Day 29. Today is rest, in this first month I only failed once because I felt sick, I did 2 days on and 1 rest only in the 1st week, the rest is all 3x1 and I intend to keep this up until I complete this routine.

Thanks! I didn’t say in this thread, but I had already done 4 and a half months of wet jelqing before I found this forum, I only did dry jelqs without commitment after I found this forum. Now that I’ve seen that using heat isn’t mandatory, but rather recommended, I’ve become consistent again. Before, it was very difficult to go to the bathroom to warm up and do a wet jelq there, as it raised a lot of suspicion.

I went from 15,5cm to 17cm in that time of just wet jelqing. I was excited but I didn’t want to be judged at home, so I decided to take a break. I found this forum by chance and learned several other exercises and topics that are being very useful in my PE journey.

The measures I mentioned are NBPEL.

Day 33. Today is a rest day. I am taking full advantage of my routine, but I am not using heat and my area is colder than usual, I am afraid it may slow down my gains.What I’m doing is warming up my body by doing some push-ups and squats, and then I start my workout.

Kegels and Red Dots

Day 35. I’ve been doing kegel exercises since day 33, it’s kind of boring to do, I’m not lazy! It’s just boring. However, I do some contractions in the morning, afternoon and evening during the 60 jelqs session, since my jelqs take about 3-4 seconds each thrust I do contractions during the thrust But this way I feel a little more pressure, so I decrease the pressure of my hand.

Today I looked at my dick and saw little red dots, even though the intensity decreased they appeared, I will pay attention to the next signs and if they are negative I will take the kegels out of the jelq session
