Progress So Far.

Hi guys! I have bean somewhat of a lurker since I first joined here. Life has kept me in and out of doing PE exercises regularly but I have been doing it consistently for over a month now. My starting measurements(Don’t remember the correct abbreviations so bare with me lol):

Flaccid length: 5.5”
Flaccid girth : 5.0”

Erect length: 6.5”
Erect girth: 5.5”

Due to my research about girth size, I figured that I’d skip girth exercises and focus mainly on length exercises. I chose to stick with JAI stretches (again due to my research that this can net some great results) and started on Sept 11, 2017. My workout consists of 15 JAI stretches for the first month; 5 days on, 2 days off.

After 1 month, I honestly didn’t think that I would net any gains during the first month so I didn’t measure myself. Still sticking with the 5 on/2 off method, I upped my stretching to 2 sets of 15 JAI stretches; one set in the morning and the second in the evening. For some reason, my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to measure myself on Monday(10/26). To my surprise, I gained .5” in length!! I now measure out at 6” long flaccid and 7” long erect! WOW!!

My past experiences with PE showed no gains whatsoever so it made me loose motivation. My current results, however, has made me want to continue and see what gains I can get at the 3-month mark (Dec 11th).

I’ll keep y’all current on how things go but if anybody can take anything from this, please don’t give up! I know that not seeing any gains can be defeating but keep going!!

Wow incredible! I have been thinking about doing JAI stretches and it`s nice to see that you’ve reported gains from them. I, as well, will be following your progress to see just how you gain. Good luck man!

**UPDATE**

As of today, I may have plateaued pretty bad because I haven’t made any gains since my last post 😔. Maybe I need to change up my exercises but I’ll wait til Dec 11th; it’ll be a full 3 months since I started my stretching exercises. I’ll look for more effective stretches to try after the 11th. If anybody have any suggestions, please let me know.
