2 exercises that helped me gain at same rate as when I was begginer are:
1 PEI stretches and
2 clamped kegels with occasional clamped squeezing
And ofc because I was unemployed in the course of whole year amount of hours I put into PE is beyond crazy
I guess 500 or more.
With these two exercises gains never stop, what’s even crazier they seem to speed up bigger I become.
Now I am only maintaining, after 2 weeks of no PE at all I lost 2-3 mm in length, girth remained the same but glans was a little bit smaller, after 2 days of PE it’s all back showcasing that at least one session a week is needed to maintain gains.
I will try just for experimentation to not do PE for few months just to see how much I would lose.
Maybe those 2-3 mm is when losing would stop but maybe it would never stop, I have to know this.
But I just can’t let myself keep losing at the moment.
