Yo, been on the PE journey for a while now but been inconsistent. Started in 2020 with the forbidden penis professor website. Didn’t think I got any gains from that, but that fueled me to get the answers on how to get a bigger penis. I lucked up and found this website in a YouTube comment section. Started with the newbie routine, but didn’t have a lot of privacy to complete it to my best ability. Ever since then I been on and off consistently wise with PE. The most I have followed a routine was probably a full month in a half until I got unmotivated, but I have finally decided to stop procrastinating to make a thread of my own. My goals is 8.5 BPEL and maybe even more if God willing. My girth is already solid, currently at 6in since the last time I measured, but even more girth would be great. Also going to post my measurements and the routine later on today. With that being said let the journey of consistent PE begin!

Day 1:

10 min total man heat pad warm up

2 min SO

8 min SD

5 min jelq

5 min edge

I normally warm up for 5 minutes but I was creating this thread while doing it hence the extra 5 minutes. I was going to post my measurements today, but due to lack of privacy, I will post them first thing tomorrow!

Took A Small Break

Didn’t really have any privacy because I was at my parents house on the 24th and 25th. When I got back to my crib I was able to get my routine in which consisted of:

5 min hot rag warmup

2 min stretch SO

8 min stretch BTC

5 min jelqs

6 min edge

Routine tonight is going to consist of:

5 min hot rag warmup

2 min stretch SO

8 min stretch BTC

5 min jelqs

6 min edge

By the way all my routines posted so far were conducted under a IR lamp I bought from Amazon. Imma need to continue researching about the benefits of using IR lamps during your PE, but for what I researched so far, any heat is good heat. Also posting my measurements tomorrow!

Measurements

Here are my measurements. Might post them in cm later due to wanting more exact measurements!

BPFL: 4 5/8in

BPFSL: 6 13/16in

BPEL: 6 1/2in

MSEG: 6in

Because my penis curves to the left, I’ve always had problems with correctly measuring it, but as I continue to learn and get pointers from the vets, I’m sure the measurements would become more precise.

Yesterdays routine consisted of:

5 min hot rag

2 min SO

8 min SD

5 min jelqs

10 min edge

Also while edging I have a medium sized penis ring on to add more pressure. Although I don’t know if this is a good or bad idea, I’m going to continue doing this while edging to see if I can get more gains.

I didn’t edge today due to lack of privacy. I really want to know if the jelqing and edging is beneficial if I’m only going for length. I’ve seen some people say that it is and I’ve seen some people say otherwise. If it brings gains I may continue utilizing it in my routine, if not then idk where I’ll go from there.

No edging after yesterday’s session due to lack of privacy!

I have completed 2 routines since my last post and I apologize for not posting them. Today’s routine consisted of:

5 min hot rag

2 min SO

13 min SD

5 min jelqs

My other days that I didn’t post was this exact workout. I tried going from 10 min total stretch time to 15 min. Can’t wait until I start seeing gains. I haven’t been able to really know if I’m having morning wood or not because my girl was in town for the past week, and I’m always hard around her. Since she gonna be gone I can see more PIs like morning wood. Also just got some gear from the TotalMan website, so I will be update y’all on how that goes. Even though I got some PE devices coming in I’m still trying to be mostly manual.
