Hi everybody, i finally understood how to clamp properly after years of PE.
My error was to think i need to stay hard during the whole process.
I was trying to frantically masturbate without hurting myself, and it was a clamp purgatory.
Now i clip hard and wait for 10 min without trying ti keep it.
I find it much easier and even more relaxing than pumping.

I clamp 1 or 2 sessions of 10min a day for the moment.
I hope to see solid girths gains in the future, I’m going to stick to clamping and nothing else we’ll see what it’s worth for me.

Will keep an eye on this as that was how I clamped when I tried it out. Gave up after a 5 week cycle because of how time consuming and mentally draining it was to stay hard. That plus the discolouration.

It did work tho. Gained both length and girth. Length gains went away completely after a few weeks but kept about half the girth gains for long enough to consider them permanent.

How long were your sets, and how many sets per day did you do? Oddly enough, I just started clamping last week. I only have time for 2 sets a day, about 12 min per set. I do some intense squeezes for a minute, every other minute or so. I guess time will tell.

I recently started clamping too. I like it and I follow it with the pump. If I don’t clamp, then my pump sessions are very weak and I tend to get sore more easily. If I clamp and edge and have a rock solid erection, the pump feels more comfortable and I’m able to mainline my erection for a good 5-7 minutes in the pump.

When you say that you place the clamp on when hard, do you do any stroking at all or just leave it and kegel for the 10 minutes?

I try to get as aroused as possible, put the clamp on, and edge. I try to really focus mentally because it seems to me the higher the arousal level, the more blood is in there, and the greater the pressure and expansion. I don’t really masturbate, partly because the clamp is in the way and makes it difficult, but I don’t really need to. I’m so aroused I just need some light touching, then when I feel myself getting too close, I back off.

I just do one set. I’m not sure about how long, but I would estimate about 10-20 minutes. The few times I’ve tried to take it off, rest a few minutes, then clamp again, it doesn’t work. My dick is done. During the set, I just focus on keeping the arousal level at maximum, and sometimes I kegel. I don’t know if that makes any difference or not.

I just clamp kegel once or twice to cilc the clamp at maximum and i leave it without doing anything, i go shower and brush my teeth.

For the moment my clamped girth is 14cm.

I too have not long started clamp. I try to get maximum erection and then put the clamp on, I do 5 minute sessions for a total of 30 minutes. During clamping I perform light edging so I always maintain a good erection. I find it exceptional it eventually leaves me with a very expanded cock for a long time. Currently I am not doing measurements however I notice gain for girth and flaccid.

Delighted, I don’t edge because otherwise I have the impression that it harms my clamp and it’s too long to hold, I feel a better expansion when I let my penis rest during the clamping, I clamped during a long time while eding and I never managed to get any gains.

Today i noticed it was better to kegel time to time go get full expansion, i feel a huge pressure when i kegel and it last for a while.

I will kegel from now on. (during the clamping)

Someone at Thunders said a couple weeks ago kegaegaling while clamping is not good. Something to do with screwing up you pelvic floor muscles.

Which was news to me. I always clamped and kegeled at the same time.

Maybe someone can clarify?

I can kegel a lot without getting tired, but i dont practice kegel during clamping, i just kegel some blood and let it be for 5 min, then i kegel again etc…

I dont think kegeling is bad during clamping, thundersplace is a forum where anybody told anything, easy to get lost in some random bs, trust yourself and try it.

Like I said I’ve been doing it for years. After hearing that, I just kegel less while clamped.
