PLAN: I am looking to break through the wall and get to 7.5, have been hovering around 7 3/16- 7 5/16 for nearly two years (1 1/8 to 1 1/4 overall increase since 2019).Had a couple of setbacks during that. Pelvic floor injury, HF (once) and also had abdominoplasty and pubic lipo that had a temp reduction of 1 inch. That was 18 months ago, was able to recover from that but then I went down a rabbit hole of random PE’ing without any structure for nearly a year (APEX, pumping, a little hanging here an there. Compounding that issue was that I moved several states away and had to fully remodel an old home so I have not been consistent. I am starting a two month decon starting this last week. My plan is this:

JAN 2025-FEB 2025
Decon
Daily massage and some very light jelqing in the shower daily (just to push some extra blood through the tissue) debating on starting a DMSO protocol. Not having any HF symptoms but my tissues feel less spongy and feel tougher/ almost rubber like if that makes sense. Not sure if it is really worth it though and probably just going to rest/massage. Might do a little skin work to move the turkey neck back a bit during this. Figure there is no harm in that.

Notes: My thought process behind two months is that after reviewing my stats I seem to have a bump after at min 8 week decons and particularly when my BPFSL comes closer to my BPEL. Seem to progress back to previous length pretty quick and get a small increase but it flatlines really quick. I think I am increasing weight too quickly and need to focus on time under tension first rather than increasing weight.

Going back to what worked well in the beginning and am going to modify my andropenis to work with a vac cup. Unless I happen to run across a better extender set up. I did in this last year try the APEX and I really didn’t like how big and cumbersome it was. I personally prefer the low tension with more compact equipment that allows me to carry on with tasks around the house/ work without having a huge piece of equipment strapped to me. On top of that the andro hits my pelvis just inside of Vas, where the large base of the apex felt like it was crushing it and I had to use padding under it to prevent pain/ discomfort. Overall, the goal is low and slow. Going to start roughly 5lb for 2 hr a day first two weeks with 2 days a week off progressing to 4 hrs and increasing up to 7lb (max on andro).

Questions (please only answer if you have been at this for years, no offense to anyone newer. Would just prefer advise from those that have had decent gains beyond one inch):
1. Does anyone recommend or know of a quality, compact extender that utilizes a vac cup vs a noose? I’ll just mod the andro if nothing seems suitable.
2. Would incorporating anything into my decon other than focusing on general health/ fitness be advantageous?
3. Anyone see any downside to doing some foreskin restoration during my decon? Or should I just leave that alone for now and let everything recover.
4. I am planning on two months. Anyone had better results from a longer decon? I’m not apposed to going longer if the long term result is getting me to 7.5.

Equipment Notes:
-I have tried pumping regiments several times over the years and have never gotten any meaningful gains from it. If anything it just reduced my overall EQ.
- I seem to respond well to vac hanging and low tension extenders
- Considering doing some clamping but not sure how to incorporate that into what I am doing without stalling gains from overwork. Maybe just wait till I hit 7.5?

That is more than long enough. Advice from some of the more experienced members would be greatly appreciated. If not I will be back in two months with pics and stats and we will all see how it goes!

"Compact" and "vacuum" isn’t going to be easy. You have to allow for the nose of the cup, the sliding bridge, and some amount extra for the bridge to move. The rods on my previous-generation Total Man extender were 14 inches long. It was a lot less cumbersome after I sawed them down a bit.

Edging is okay; it doesn’t stress the penis. Same for the foreskin restoration devices I’m familiar with. (granted, only casually looking at them)

Xenolith and kyrpa are the most prominent advocates of long decon times. They both have lengthy threads; the search function will find them for you.

What was your pumping routine?

After thinking about it I have five extenders. Aped, TM, Andro, Jes and a generic one I picked up at some point. Ill lay them all out when I get closer and see what I can do. I just really dislike the design of some of the more recent extenders. Suppose I may be able to do some hacking to the TM or apex. The TM I have is the band version, it came in a set and I bought mostly for the accessories, just one of their holiday bundles they do on occasion.

I have had success with doing manual skin stretching. Basically two ok signs and putting tension on the skin. Ill work it at night while I’m winding down for the day. I have already moved my turkey neck back nearly and inch doing it over the years at points.

Ill definitely take a look and read into their thought process. Just looking at Kyrpa’s though he seems to have a similiar return to previous length with a small post decon gain that I have experienced with my three longer decons (a 2, 3 and 18 month). Maybe the play is two on, two off. Ill do some more reading and come up with a more detailed plan.

1.75 elliptical (half packed) length focus. 5 min warm up jelq, 5min condition pump, short jelq followed by 30 min 4-5 hg with intermittent 8hg 30sec every 2min for last 10 min. Fire goat and jelq cool down 3-5 min. 4-5 days a week.

This was the longest routine I did and it yielded nothing over the course if I recall correctly about two months, maybe two and a half. I also did a hydro and variable electric water pump routine which are not worth mentioning because well, we all know why. I was just curious. In all cases I had a significant decrease in EQ. Was thinking about using the elliptical as an adjunct tool. Possible doing short sessions before or after extending at low hg.

Also just a separate note, my stats reflect that I started in 21, I started in 19 but shortened that decon period in my stats because it was making the chart difficult to read. Anyway, thanks for the input. Ill go dig through X and Kyrpa’s post and see what I can glean from them.
