Haven’t used it once. Can’t keep my glans in the chamber for longer then 30 seconds.

I’ve tried using just a sluice, no sluice, I’ve used the cap to make the opening smaller. Can’t use it. Wasted.

I never had success with PMP too. Too much pressure on glans.

For lighter tension 2-3 lbs try nipple pump, its just $5 on Ebay.
