Do I stretch longer than my BPEL or how do I find the right tension?

Is there a record of how many hours the person has extended the most without rest?
I’ve tried to find out if anyone has spread 3,000 hours over a year, or 5,000 over two, but I can’t find anything.
Just an idea, is it safe to apply the blackheads remover cream to the glans? I am referring to the ones you apply to the nose then set aside for some minutes to dry then peel it off.
This will be a game changer since it is quick to aply, ensure no air, and quick to remove instead of taping.
Problem is, is it safe to the glans? Or are there ‘glue’ that is safe for sensitive skin?

Even though I’m new to this forum, I have some experience with penis enlargement. I’ve been trying to find a technique that works for me for some time. I have already tried various manual techniques, pumping and hanging weights in various configurations, but so far with no progress. I didn’t gain even one millimeter in length or circumference. It is so stressful because I put a lot of effort into the exercises, progressed with intensity, took appropriate breaks and monitored the PIs. Unfortunately, no gain occured. Basically, I have already decided to give up on the subject of PE, but there is one more thing that I have not tried yet, namely using a penis extender. I have an LG Hanger Extender at my disposal and I would like to try it out. However, I have a few questions because I have no experience with extenders:
- what is the minimum time of wearing the extender per day?: I spend most of the day at work and I could spend about 5 hours a day wearing the extender, but I don’t know if it is not enough,
- should you wear it every day or do you recommend taking some days off for regeneration?
- should I remove the extender from time to time while wearing it to massage the penis (please note that the LGH Extender is vacuum-based)?
- I know it’s an individual matter, but approximately, on average, what time it takes to see the first results? (I would to know when to give up when there is no growth). Just let me know when your first lenght gains occured while using extender.

Just like the title says. I am uncircumcised and started a length program. I guess I am looking for more aesthetic look to my penis. My foreskin is thicker and moves a lot. It seems my alternatives are adult circumcision, or maybe lengthening to kind of “grow” into the skin somewhat. I know I can’t eliminate it, but maybe reduce it. It never was an issue until the past few years(weight gain probably) It’s still not a big issue at all. I just want a unit that my wife would like more aesthetically. I am just kinda assuming, if I could be a little more longer and have tighter skin maybe she would be more active in blowjobs and hands on stuff. I still get that stuff, but I noticed a decline.
I am already aiming to get longer as well. I bought an apex extender and the vac cup from their site. I got sleeves from total man. It’s been going good so far. I will start a progress log here soon. I feel like I was maybe 1/2” longer when I was younger. But I was also 50lbs leaner. I’m not fat at all now, but am 210lbs and all fat is focused around my belly area, including my fat pad. I can push in over an inch into the fat pad before I hit bone.
With the equipment I got, I can pull well on the ligs and not the skin. It’s easy to push the skin down when I attach. It’s fairly loose as I’m stretching. So I don’t think I am stretching and lengthening any skin. If I can get 1/2” to 1” of length, that would help I’m sure. Just seeing if any other good length gainers in this forum who are uncircumcised has any experience with this.
I do notice after a month of extending, I have a more longer look when erect. I got more serious a week ago and now am logging everything. The first 3-4 weeks I was starting really slow at about 3lbs and only 40mins 5 days a week. I am now at 5lbs and aiming for about 1hr and sometimes a little more and also wearing an ADS for a few hours a day. I got this clip that measures the spring tension to give an estimated force depending on the spring compression distance.

Hello, I have been using this bell with a extender for a while but I am having some problems.
When I’m standing then place it at high tension without problems.
However, when I am sitting the burning sensation starts in the glad. Even reducing the tension by 35% the problem remains…
Any idea how I could solve it?
Curiously, it happens the same when I’m face down.

Would be nice if there was an extender that could produce a constant traction force without having to manually adjust. Is there such an extender or are there any mods like that?
The type of extenders i know about are the spring extenders (jes, andropenis, pro extender etc.), static extenders and rubber band (totalman). The problem with all of these is that you have to manually adjust them as your penis stretches or when you change the orientation of the extender or your body (stand up, sit down etc.)
Has anyone built something like this? I imagine it would have to be something pretty high tech, something that can measure the traction and also adjust it, so i guess it would have to be electronic or hydraulic.
I dont think this is really a big issue, as extenders seem to work just fine as they are, i am just curious.

Does anyone know where to order spare silicone sleeves for vacuum extenders? I really like the soft silicone ones better that the hard silicone ones most of them come with. My only problem is they get holes in them fairly easily. And I just want to stock lile a bunch of sleeves. Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve been researching extender threads for a while and I’m undecided on what to do (build vs buy). I have a great hanging device (Bib) and I just ordered a good pump (Bathmate Hydro Extreme 9). I’ve decided it’s time to get a good ADS. I’ve observed guys using extenders seem to get very consistent gains that can sometimes surpass other methods (and it seems risk of injury is quite low compared to other means).
Over 10 years ago I attempted to build a captains wench ADS… I could try & finish it (maybe later I’ll show a picture that will show visually what’s missing). It’s mostly done, but not functional.
The Captn’s Wench: PE Device
-it might be a project to get it to a state that fulfills what I’m looking for (and what I’m looking for is probably what everyone else wants in an extender)
-I would like to invest a lot of time into passive gains with very low force over a lot of time, I think it will help my gains
What I’m looking for in an ADS:
-minimal effort to use / maintain
-not unecessarily painful (I have no foreskin / so at least that shoudln’t be an issue)
-supports lots of angles (can tie to my shoulder, below knee, to my hip, etc so I can work on stretching different angles)
-the noose builds scare me, but I don’t know if I prefer a vacum head or traction based head (I’m open to advice here)
-unlikely to injure me (or can be modified to be safe)
Other thoughts (nice to have):
-optional: it shows measurements (how far it’s extending me)
-optional: hidden — people can’t see it easily, but not a deal breaker
-it doesn’t need to be pretty (results are really what matters)
Buy:
Is the Penimaster the most popular ADS right now? I don’t think it existed 11 years ago (the start of my longest decon break ever), but it looks a little flimsy in the pictures? Are there other options I should consider? (Leluv, Apex Extender … etc) I don’t mind spending money (so maybe I’m answering my own question) but if I could build something great in an afternoon, maybe it’s not worth buying an expensive device.
Build:
Are there nice parts I could buy and easily put together & get something good enough without a huge amount of effort? I’ve seen a lot of forum entries, but often the guides are old and sometimes you can’t get the exact parts & need to find a lot of substitutes. Anyone willing to point to a link or a picture of something? As I mentioned my attempt to build a captain’s wench failed (I think I was missing some key parts).

Is is better to wear the extender every single day, every other day, or less?
I try my best to wear it every day, perhaps because it just is so difficult to accept that less can be more in this too. But I often have this subtle impression I get more gains after a rest day.
What’s your experience?
I would like to know your opinion! What is the best Cup? Chinese, TotalMan or autoextender new cup?

After AndyJ said he preferred his DIY ADS belt to a leg strap I decided to do a little eBay scrounging and came up with these elements that made putting one together take about 30 seconds once the components arrived.
I got a 70mm pessary ring that is made of firm but soft silicone for the ring, a "buckle-free elastic invisible waist belt for jeans" for the belt and some "swivel clip snap hooks" for the vacuum cap attachment. The total cost (which included 25 clips, the minimum order) was about $35. For some reason the pessary ring was almost 20 bucks, but I picked a US supplier rather than overseas for quicker delivery, so there are probably cheaper options.
I thought the silicone ring might be more comfortable than a metal ring, so I went with that. The ‘buckle-free’ belt is interesting. It has loops with snaps on each end that are supposed to go around the belt loops of your pants, rather than a central buckle, which is perfect for attaching the ring and the clip on each end. The elastic belt length is adjustable.
I had to use a little duct tape to secure the loop around the pessary ring, as the thickness of the ring made snapping it closed challenging and likely not very secure.
I’m going to give it a try later tonight as an ADS after my hanging session and I’ll report back on how it goes.
Hi, I have used several days finding the best hanging and extender product. For 15 years ago I used Jes extender and later Bathmate, but had problem using them. Nowadays there are more options to use. I just want something simple as I work from home. I need extender, or hanger or a combination of those is necessary. I see Hangman, Penimaster, Best extender, Male hanger and so on, but I need the best and the simplest that you can get for the money that works. I am circumsized.
It seems like there are commercial everywhere and hard to find real reviews on the products.
Any suggestions which products is easy and effective to buy? I still have the Bathmate from 10 years ago, but don’t use it so much.

I am using a Jes Extender, but I actually don’t feel comfortable with the docking.
With this kind of extenders, you need to attach the penis to a fixed-lenght device, and play with springs/screws to strecth it good. The point here is that you have to stretch the penis and at the same time attach it to the device. Not really easy to do…
I would like to use instead a device where I can dock the penis without stretching it, and, afterwards, stretch it to my desired stretched lenght.
One device with an easy docking is Male Edge Extender, but unfortunately the maximum stretched penis size thew allow is 8.5 inches.
Does anyone know an extender with an easy docking and with an extension above 9 inches?
A few years ago I bought a vacuum cup extender that came with an adjustable elastic strap that you wore clipped on to the vacuum cup and strapped behind the neck. It stretched the penis upwards towards the belly button, and the adjustable strap allowed you to do it in any position (seated, laying, standing), and with as much tension as you wanted. The problem is, I can’t find it online anywhere now. And I lost the other one. I need your guys help in finding something similar. I’m attaching to this post a picture of what the strap looked like, except the one featured in this photo is nylon and not elastic, so it doesn’t work the same way. The one I need is exactly like this but elastic.
Hello I am brand new to PE and am excited to get started. I already have a bathmate and am going to start with the penimaster pro. I just don’t know if I should get the belt version for ADS or the rod version. I’m leaning more towards the rod so I can wear it then be done. Or should I do both in addition to pumping?
If the penis extender is used, the foreskin grows more than the penis or grows in correlation?
I have a perfect circumcision and I want prevent that skin it extends more than penis.

I lost a part out of my penis extender after only a week of experimentation, so I am thinking of buying a new one.
Intuitively, the springs seem like a good idea, but a lot of extenders don’t have springs.
I liked the springs on my extenders, because I could exercise my pelvic floor muscles by using them to pull against the springs’ resistance.
What do people here think about the springs?
I always have a good bit of swelling and edema after using the penimaster. I can’t leave it on for longer than an hour cuz I’m afraid I’ll hurt myself. Any advice on how to cut down the edema?
Hi guys…I have read many posts about extending and hanging. I undertsthand that extenders need to wear 4 - 6 hrs per day to obtain some results and the force used to stretch will be minimal ( some extender companies like PMP says - you should feel a stretch not over stretch and increase tension by time). On the other hand hanging will take only 1 hr per day which is the best for length gain and apply more tension than extending. I feel both these statements about the extenders and hanging are contradictory or I may not undertstand it correctly. Please some one who knows the science behind it.. please explain thanks ( I am using an extender named turbo light extender with total man cup ).
Here are some problems and solutions for anyone running into issues with extenders! Especially if you’re making do with a cheaper option or using a large bell.
Q: I’m using the largest size bell, and my cheap sleeves keep tearing.
A: The largest size bell seems to put too much strain on sleeves around the edges, and it also presses the delicate silicone sleeves against the rods. To counteract this, put your sleeve on the bell, then add a short, thin, second sleeve over the first. This will add a second layer of protection and provide a seal over any small tears in your current sleeve. I use a simple toe sleeve for this that I bought on amazon awhile ago. (The same type people use for clamping). You can also add a bit of plastic wrap as an additional layer of protection at the contact points.
Q: After a few uses, my sleeves get kinda slippery or oily, and I keep slipping out even when I get some suction.
A: Go ahead and wash them with dish soap. Store them in a Ziploc bag with baby powder. And if you’re still slipping see below.
Q: My sleeves are stretching after a few uses, or I find that I keep slipping out despite ordering the right size according to my measurements.
A: Take a second sleeve, remove the thicker bit at the end, and put it over your penis right behind the glans. Now put the extender back on. It will add a little girth and a good seal for the sleeve on the extender to wrap around. Not to mention, it will reduce any fluid buildup in the delicate skin around the glans.
Q: Sometimes after stretching 30-40 minutes while sitting down, I get a bit of pain or pressure from the base of the extender digging in at the base of my shaft, but when I adjust it to point upwards, I lose a bit of suction in the bell.
A: Just remember to bring your little pump and give it one or two pumps and it will pull the head right back into position into the bell. Otherwise, try not to adjust this way too often.
Q: The extender didn’t come with enough rods, or the bell is too large, so I can’t even get it long enough to get a good stretch.
A: What you’re looking for are threaded extender nuts, spacers, or pillars they’re sometimes called. Size M4*20+6 matched with my extender’s rods perfectly, and they were very cheap, just a few dollars online.
Q: I was playing with too much pressure, and snapped off the little plastic bit the bell attaches too.
A: No problem, get a small lanyard or something similar, attach it to the bell, and either around the thicker part of plastic that goes on the end of the extender and stretch as much as you want.
I was so close to writing off the extender after the first few weeks, but figured this stuff out and now I’m 5 weeks in with good stretching every morning and I didn’t spend much at all. Will post pictures if anyone needs.
So I recently picked up a Zen hanger ADS. I’ve been looking for a while for something that would be basically invisible under my clothing for use while at work. As much as I am generally against noose type systems, it seemed worth a try for the low tension of an ADS system.
The build quality is good enough. It’s a $50 set and for that cost I feel like I pretty much got what I paid for. It includes a pad to go under the leg strap that is extremely cheap. If you cut the top few inches off a tube sock you will have a better cushion that stays in place and is more comfortable. The leg strap itself is just simple webbing strap. Hard and utilitarian, but it will never break. It comes with two elastic tension cords. The ends are frayed and unfinished, but I doubt this will really effect it much without a ton of use. If you have a problem, singe the ends with a lighter. They say it comes with a carrying pouch, but the bag is as cheap as can possibly be. It’s basically cheese cloth with a pull cord on top.
The noose itself is exactly what it looks like. Basically a giant shoelace type cord with a couple of tight beads to tighten and loosen it. You don’t need to get it extremely tight to stay in place. It will slip off occasionally, but putting it back on takes about five seconds. Much better than to risk overtightening.
I was pleasantly surprised. It can be worn comfortably for several hours your first time using it. After a few hours you definitely notice some discomfort and decreased sensation in the glans. Take it off and you will likely notice the glans is cold, too. When that happens, just take it off and warm things back up.
It’s less invisible then I had hoped. The noose bends the end of the penis to an angle and that angle can be really difficult to tuck away.
Given the last paragraph this should be obvious, but it is important enough to clarify. DO NOT EVER TRY TO USE THIS WHILE YOU SLEEP! Even as someone who is basically comfortable sleeping in vac ADS I can say that this would be extremely dangerous. It’s not even a matter of wether it will cause serious damage, it’s only a matter of how severe.

To the topic: I have been wearing the Andropenis since February 1, started whit the 15 days of the adaptation period, and then moved to add length to the device as the manual suggests. It has been fine, I have worn the extender daily with no major problems. I had kept track of the use of the extender and got to the 550+ hours that I am today!.
After measuring I see no difference, maybe a 0,15” variation in length which I consider a margin error.
I do not want to be pessimistic but I’m starting to worry and I really don’t know what to do. I’ll keep using the device for at least 2 months but I’m really really hoping to get good results. What’s your advice? What should I have expected after 500 hours of use? What had been your experience after 2 months of use?

Since the Forte version of my phallosan was not offering too much tension and was worsening my curvature, I have decided to go for the classic stretching.
I really have some terrible feedback from the MaleEdge, which was more like a mouse trap, always pinching my foreskin.
Anyway, here I am, ordering the phallosan plus.
Is there any routine I should follow? Do you warm up before using stretchers, or any other thing to mention besides time under traction?
Also, how should I wear it? Do I have to keep it at 90° to the body, pointing forward, or can I lift it towards the belly or push it downwards to that it points down? I’ll be at home wearing it, but I’d like to be discrete.
I am trying a penis extender, but I cannot figure out which side of the base is up and down.
Imagine fusing the top half of the letter “O” with the bottom half of the letter “V”. In other words one side is kind of pointed like the bottom of the “V”.
Which side goes up towards my head and which side goes down towards my toes? (I hope the question makes sense.)

How much have you spent money wise on your PE journey and what is your cost/benefit ratio?
I myself have spent almost $900 on everything from pumps, extenders, hangers, cockrings and supplements just in the first month. I don’t believe I’ve made any recordable gains so at this point so my ratio would be 0/900= so $900 for 0 gains so far. Maybe it will change in the next month but this could provide an insight to what lets say 1/4” of growth may have cost. I am not taking time into consideration.

So I finally started my only traction device routine 3-4 times a week for 3 hours a day. After removing the traction device I experience better and fuller nocturnal erections nearly during all night.
Have anyone of you idea why that happens, do you also experience such thing?
Would love to read your thoughts on that topic.

My foreskin hasn’t been keeping in pace with my penis enlargement. I’ve been using Sizegenetics for penis lengthening with the ‘VLC’ attachment by TLC Tugger for accommodating my foreskin in my enlargement efforts. Both Sizegenetics and TLC X are working. I lengthened my shaft by about 3/4”. But in the process my foreskin lost pace by about 3/16”. I am able to remedy the foreskin not keeping up by using TLC X tugger. This is working.
The reason for my post to ask others with an intact penis experiencing this what they do. I was wondering what the hours spent in a foreskin restoration mode verses penis enlargement ratio are.

Does anyone have an tips or successful techniques for hiding the Phallosan forte in public at over 7 inch in length?
I am about 7.5” at the moment and if I extend up towards my belt there is a big strangely located bulge that raises questions. Seems like the vac cap and then the little pump really stick out quite a lot since it is basically sticking out beyond the width of my thigh/hip. The only position I have had that even moderately works is putting a strap around my thigh at about the height of the bottom of my pant crotch and stretching around the thigh. This ONLY works if I care a bunch of random useless BS in the pocket on that side to camouflage the outlines. Also this results in a very different pull strength stranding versus sitting (which is probably safer when walking around anyway).
Just curious if anyone else had any thoughts/ideas/etc.
