I will be posting my monthly progress here. I think I got to know about jelqing at around age 20 but never really considered trying it, or maybe I did but it would have been non consistent. Like a couple days and then just quiting.
Around 2020 I started to do jelqing a bit more seriously, I think I did jelq for a month straight at least. If I remember correctly I measured around 12.5cm NBPEL before jelqing and 14.5cm after the month (or more?) jelqing period in 2020. I never measured girth then. I went from 50 semi erect, semi hard jelqs( I did do them pretty fast) to 250 jelqs. 50 jelqs ea side(down, straight, up, left, right.) I got discouraged to go further, because I was reading that newbie gains came fast and after that, I needed devices to keep gaining. And that jelqs won’t help anymore. So I quit at 14.5cm npbel.
In 2023 I got encouraged again and started hanging with a bucket filled with water and a rope noosed around penis(just behind the glans) started with 1 set of 20mins, then build up to 3 sets of 20mins hanging straight down while standing. I did this for about 2-3 months. I think I hard measured 16.5cm BPEL then and 15.5cm NBPEL.( I never kept clear track, It was demotivating somehow for me.) before I quit in the summer of 2023 with water bucket noosed hanging, I bought a proper hanging device.
At Christmas 2023, I decided to do hanging again but properly this time, with a proper hanging device and measurements. Well I started hanging properly but didn’t measure/write my stats down. I started with 3 sets of 3kg straight down and added 1 set ea week, when I reach 6 sets I start adding 1kg every week or 2.
After 2 months of doing this, I started recording my stats properly. So at 26-02-2024 (February 26th) I measured 18.5cm BPFSL, 17.75cm BPEL, 16cm NBPEL, and 14cm MSEG.( After this measurement, I went from 6x 6kg straight down hanging to 3x BTC at 4-6kg and 4kg straight out. I tried fulcrum right away when going straight out hanging, bad idea bruised my dick, so I fluctuated a lot with weights/hang time and sets. In order to not further so damage.)
Today (March 24th 2024) I measure; 19.5cm BPFSL, 18.25cm BPEL, 16.50cm NBPEL and 14cm MSEG. (The BPEL and NBPEL measurements are tricky, I wasn’t able to get 100% erection so I added those stats based upon my measurement a week ago orso when I had a proper rock hard erection.) I did add piss pulls since a week or 2. Everytime I go to pee, I stretch my penis for 6x 10 secs.
( No more bruising, hanging time, sets and weights are now stable at 3x 6kg BTC and 3x 4kg straight out.) I do hang everyday, no rest days. BIB style.
I’ve started using it for 10 hours a day with slight tension (Start: 07 March).
In a few weeks, I’ll receive a scale to measure my exact tension.
I haven’t experienced any pain or discomfort. I had used it before, but not consistently.
I apply some heat using the total man pad, initially, and then again about 30 minutes later.
Here’s the routine:
- Stretch for 2 hours with 30 minutes of heat (I use higher pressure here to place the pad right)
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Stretch for 2 hours
- Rest for 1 hour
- Stretch for 2 hours with 30 minutes of heat (again, higher pressure to place the pad right)
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Stretch for 2 hours
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Stretch for 2 hours
My goal is to use it consistently for a whole year, 10 hours a day, without any breaks.

I’m a 27 year old asian male. I first started around March 2023 with the following stats:
BPEL - 14.3cm
MSEG - 11.4cm
BEG - 10.6cm
My goal is to reach 17cm BPEL and 14cm MSEG!
I’ll keep my history short because I’m focused on the present. I spent the first 45 days with Time pressure holds and stretches. It yielded no results but I just wanted to "warm up" my penis.
I then moved to Clamping 6x5min every other day and 3lb Water Vac hanging for 1-2 hours on the other days. I had a few rests days per week due to lifestyle, but kept it up for 3 months! I had some gains! On 07/04/2023 I measured:
BPEL - 15.8cm
MSEG - 11.7cm
BEG - 10.6cm
Then something traumatic happened. Actually, multiple traumatic things happened. Unrelated to PE, just personal stuff. It effected me mentally and I simply lost motivation.
However 4 months ago, I started feeling a little better. I realized that doing something long term was good for my mental health. Along with fitness and career building, I decided PE was also something that could motivate me to move on. At first, I was antsy because I could only think of the time I lost. I started exploring threads and started experimenting with other methods. I stopped recording progress, I started air pumping and extending and doing weird routines. Ultimately these past 4 months have been manic and half assed. No gains have been made. My penis felt terrible.
Fast forward to present day (technically 2 weeks ago)! My head space is a lot better and I’m feeling way calmer. I went back to clamping and vac hanging and reading threads and making smart choices. I’m actually listening to my penis this time.
My current routine everyday:
Clamping - 2x5min
Water Vac hanging - 3-4lbs, 1-2hrs
Foreskin stretching - any chance I can get
I do have rest days when lifestyle gets in the way, but as you can see the routine is very simple. The past two weeks with this routine has felt great. I love listening to my penis and its never been happier. I’ll probably check measurements again in another 2 weeks!
Been a long time since I’ve been on here š. I just received the new autoextender, and I can’t keep the suction after I detach the hose. Do I have to keep the hose attached in order to keep the vacuum cup on?
I bought an apex extender over a month ago. I was really interested in hanging, but the logistics of it are a little inconvenient in my house with family. I settled on a extender with vac cup that I can get some good tension with. I also got a little clip-on spring tension gauge to give an estimate of pounds of pressure. I spent the first few weeks getting used to it first. I am not inexperienced in PE, I was doing manual stuff before. With this, I aimed to get two sessions of 15 minutes with heat at about 3lbs. I did this for the first week and then upped it to two sessions of 20 minutes. 20 minutes straight down and 20 minutes straight up. The base of the extender is open so when I do the straight down, I actually go under my ball sack to get a better pull that’s more direct. I seen it posted somewhere and decided to try it. I like using a Hydro-max before sex. 10-15 minutes while in the shower. It’s easy to use without my wife seeing. I’m sure she knows, but it’s still awkward if she saw me with it on. I pump almost daily and enjoy the extra girth I get. I try to also pump after a stretch session, because sometimes my penis seems to get long and thin, so the pump gets it back. Its also a good gauge of how my session went, I know how long I can be in the pump at max, I have been seeing myself get closer and closer to the 7" mark in the pump. I was short of 6.5" when I started. Its not a real measurement, but for me and how long I’ve been using it, it indicated that my length is moving a positive direction. Also visually, it does seem to be slightly longer. This last week, I got more serious and started logging my daily stretch. Where am I extending my stretched length to. I measure that in the extender and try to stay consistent with how I do it. I measure from the top of the base of the extender, Which is 5/8" over my bone pressed and up to my tip. I should also add that it is hard for me to get a good BPEL because its hard for me to get a good erection and hold a tape to it while maintaining that max effort hard-on. I can get an approximation, but it seems to always start diminishing slightly by the time I get set up to measure. I will work on getting that measurement soon.
This Past week, I’ve gotten to do 1hr sessions, sometimes broken up. About 25min SD, 20min SO and 15min SU. The exact daily numbers I logged are slightly different but pretty close to that. I tend to start at less than 3lbs and within a couple minutes and heat, work up to about 5lbs. I try to stay at 5lbs. Only time I push past that is during my straight-out session when I am about to wrap up and take a break, I actually increase pounds and make sure I see no more stretched length and then I take a quick measurement for the day. Its pretty comfortable so far with the vac cup. Its easy to take off and let my head get some blood. no blisters so far. I use sleeves from total man with the vac. The same sleeves I use as an ADS with another vac head I have. I don’t pull a vacuum though, I just set the vac head on my penis head and roll the sleeve down the entire length. I can stay in a nearly 6" extension for quite awhile comfortably. But I only do about 1-2hrs daily of that. All of this, I do when I can and no one is home or in their own rooms. I don’t extend in front of my wife. Thats my limiting factor. I do get off work 30 minutes before her, so I can get half my session done then. I try to work in the other sessions. Today, I happened to wake up pretty early before her and I extended while she was asleep in the same bed. I don’t mind her finding out and knowing, I just feel awkward being in the extending and her seeing it.
Here is my daily log stats for the past week. Also, I did pump daily and wear the ADS as long as I could daily. EQ has been great, better then normal, especially night erections. Typically only get 1-2 hrs daily in ADS
Monday 2/29/24 - 1hr total extending @ mostly 5lbs max. Max stretch 6-5/8"
Tuesday 2/20/24 - 53 min extending at mostly 5lbs max. Max stretch 7" - felt a slight pain this day so quit before 1hr
Wed 2/21/24 - 20min extending at 3-4lbs. Max stretch 6-1/2" - took it easy this day
Thursday 2/22/24 - 1hr extending at 3-4lbs. Max Stretch 6-5/8"
Saturday 2/23/24 - 1hr extending @ mostly 5lbs - Max stretch 6-3/4"
Sunday 2/24/24 - 1hr extending @ mostly 5lbs - Max stretch 6-7/8"
*** These max stretched measurements are not including the base of the extender with is about 5/8"
I am hoping to get 7" max stretch in the following week. I will get my BPEL, EG stats when I can. My EG is about 5.2" up to 5.6" after a good pumping session. I have about a 1" fat pad I should mention. So my visible length is roughly 6". I would love to see that get to 7" which seems easily possible with diet and PE. I’m down to 208lbs from 224lbs.

Interested to know if anyone has gained, at whatever rate, by not using heat while hanging?
I’ve been reading about PE for 15 years now, having tried jelqing for the first time when I was 17 or so, and since 2023, Iāve been lurking on this forum. I started experimenting more thoroughly last Summer with the newbie routine for a few weeks and made minimal gains. Iāve been jelqing and squeezing occasionally since. But I think now I would like to pursue set objectives and try a more specific plan to increase girth.
About me:
I am in my early thirties, work an office job, uncircumcised.
This February ā24 I started with:
EG = 11.5 cm, which has already increased to 11.8.
FG = 9.5 to 11 cm. (seems unreliable)*
BPEL = 18.1 cm (but I am skinny and pressed quite hard).
So, I would say my effective length is more like 17 cm.
The objectives:
My main goal is girth. I think I am already fairly long, but my girth is in the lower range of the average. Ultimately, my target girth is 14cm, which I hope to reach in 5 years or so.
My goal for this Summer is to achieve a permanent EG above 12cm. By the end of the year, I hope to crack 12.8cm. That would be a growth of 1mm per month. Considering newbie gains and the time and money I am willing to invest, I think this is possible.
I do not want to gain any more length. I know some length gains are going to be inevitable. So, I believe that I will probably crack 18.5 by the end of this year. But ideally, I want to stay below 20cm.
The gear:
I bought an electric pump that has four intensities (120, 200, 280, and 360 millibars) And the Totalman heating pad, where I basically only use the highest of three settings (max 42Ā°C). In addition, I also bought a set of cockrings that I use after pumping and occasionally for fun. I also aim to go to the gym two to three times a week and drink protein shakes. This helps, I guess.
The routine:
Warm up with the heating pad (5 minutes minimum).
Jelqing for 15 minutes.
Squeezing for 5 minutes while pumping blood into penis.
Pumping for 15 to 20 minutes (recommended by the pump vendor), starting at level 2 and then going to 3, and then repeatedly pumping to 4 and then going back down to 2 for the last 5 minutes. I noticed that it is important not to go in entirely flaccid because that seems to affect the skin more so than when entering erect (I got a massive foreskin one time).
Putting on cockring.
Warm down with the heating pad (5 minutes minimum).
I will try to do this twice daily for five to six days a week and one rest day.
Before I do this, I would like to hear what the hivemind thinks first.
I am also not sure yet when to take cockring off after pumping or whether I should do more jelqing after.
I am also not sure what to make out of all these supplements that I read on this forum.
I bought various supplements:
L-arginine, Ornithine, Creatine Monohydrate, Citrulline, zinc, and then one 17-in-1 pill that has Maca, Ashwagandha, Tribulus Terrestris and some other things.
I think I will remove one or two things from that cocktail because something (I think the zinc) makes me really nauseous. I wouldnāt mind cutting the L-Arginine because the recommended dose is so high, and the 17-in-1 has L-Arginine as well.
I also bought Cialis, which I think is a great product and way better than Viagra. It seems half a tablet once every two days is ok for what I want, and any more gives me flushes, especially when I exercise. But I donāt want to overdo it with Cialis to avoid developing some dependency on it. The same goes for L-Arginine.
In fact, because of my worries, after the vein became more visible after PE movement, I started to rest. During this period, I was thinking about whether this kind of exercise would really be effective, or it was still the one (part), which was simply fat. After registering the account, I viewed some comparison pictures. I think I should continue.
Next, I will gradually record some daily text content that will start again.

I am using the totalman extender with the VLC tugger and the totalman FIR is used in the first 30min of extending, i will switch to NIR in about a month when it arrives.
I also plan to switch to VAC extending once my replacement sleeves arrive.
I have also been using the bathmate every few days, however i haven’t yet decided if i will use it regularly or just every now and then.
My plan is to keep measuring every month (or 2 months tops) and if there is no progress then i will implement changes in my routine.

Now according to my measurements it does seem like i gained 2.5 cm BPEL and 1cm in EG, but I think my initial measurements were wrong for a few reasons. However looking at pictures i took at the start and the ones i took today, I am 100% sure I gained EL but either nothing or very minimal EG.
The thing is, my previous routines all failed for various reasons. I always started with very low intensity and worked up to higher loads, but i always run into problems, that forced me to take breaks and start again from the beginning. Injuries, loosing motivation, wrong use of equipment etc.
However, since last year October, i have been using the extender with the VLC tugger without interruption. I did start slow, only about 1 hour per day in the first week, but now im putting in 20 hours per week witch i think is a good amount of time. My plan is to increase this time to about 30 hours or 6 hours per workday when i switch VAC extending. The VLC tugger is good but it has its own problems, and i think i will be able to do more time with VAC extending (VAC hanging did give me blisters multiple times but only when i was hanging more than 2.5kg so with the extender it should be fine).
When i first started I told myself that I would be happy with even 1cm gain. I mean at the time, I went from the common belief that PE is impossible (other than surgeries) to "holly shit, is this for real?" so even 1cm gain seemed unreal.
Now i know its all about how I feel about my dick not about what the ruler says. My goal (in terms of gains) therefore is to have a dick I am happy with.
Hello, I am 19 years old, I have gained a considerable amount of weight and noticed my penis has grown during the time I have gained weight.
The increase of body Fat which is currently about 30% has reduced my Erection Quality, my Goal is to reach 10 inches.
My idea on how to approach my Goal;
1. Reduce Body fat
2. Increase Erection Quality
3. Increase Nocturnal Erections with carefully dosed Viagra/Cialis
4. Kegel Exercises and Edging
5. Free Balling to increase Blood flow
6. Moisturization and general Hygiene which might improve Health of my penis

So has anyone had the experience of getting sober of alcohol whilst on a PE journey?
I love that this community has a way to log stats, automatically visualizes the data, and aggregates it for all to see.
One stat that would be great to see on both personal stat pages, but also the aggregated stats analysis page (link below), is average gain rate (probably in cm/month).
I suppose I could download the raw data set and try to do a detailed data analysis on gain rate, but I’m no spreadsheet wizard unfortunately and can only do basic stuff.
Hello fellas.
I, as many others, want to share my progress with anyone who might be interested. It might prove useful in some capacity to someone else, and if not, it’ll be a good way for me to stay consistent and on track.
My natural length and thickness is pretty average, although a bit in the low end. I’ve always been pretty insecure about my size, and my relationship experiences has only emboldened this, which is why I want to increase it a bit.
My starting measurements, as of december 2023 were:
Length 6.7 (17 cm) BPEL, 6.1 (15.5 cm) NBPEL
Girth: 5.2 (13.2 cm) MSEG
My goal is to reach near the "goldilocks zone" of penis size, which according to some huffington post article (see attached picture) is above 7.25 in length and 6.0 in girth. As of now I’ll avoid going into the "ideal" zone, given that I don’t really feel too sure about their claims of optimal size, but I do like the chart they provided as a way to visualize my progress and my goal.
The mountain to climb is then as follows:
Length 7.25 (18.4 cm) NBPEL —> Increase by ca. 1.2 inches (3 cm)
Girth 6 (15.2 cm) MSEG ————> Increase by ca. 0.8 inches (2 cm)
My current routine is as follows:
Manual stretching, two days on, one day off, three days on, three days off.
I have been doing this pretty consistently since december ‘23. I haven’t been tracking my size very much in this period, given that I take a very slow and steady approach, and don’t expect immediate results.
Progress so far:
Although I didn’t expect to see any changes, I did measure three times. My MSEG measurement has decreased slightly (4 mm), but I suspect this has more to do with the way I do the measurement, rather than an actual decrease in girth. I’m still getting used to finding a consistent way of measuring girth, which I find rather difficult.
On the upside, I seem to have made some gains in terms of BPEL, which I recently measured at 6.85 (17.4 cm). I find the BPEL measurement much easier to do accurately, which gives me some confidence that I am seeing an actual change, and not just variability in how I measure.
What is next:
Jelqing. I have been considering adding this to my routine for a few weeks, and now that I have looked through a lot of information on the subject, I feel like I’m ready to give it a go.

Unable to achieve expansion through jelqing, highly doubt the possibility of utilizing wrong jelqing method/stroke.
However this explains how some people never gained girth following newbie routine, they probably never experienced expansion just like me in the first place but never realized for the entire duration.

First of all, this is meant to be my personal journal but for the sake of being consistent and holding myself accountable I decided to start this thread.
I have previously done PE consistently 2 years ago with great success. My starting length was 7.25 inches BPEL and MSEG was 5.25 inches, during the 6-8 ish months that I did PE I was able to gain really well.
During my peak I had 8.0-8.25 inches BPEL and MSEG was 5.75. After this I have not done PE in 2 years, and my numbers have dropped somewhat.
Currently they are 7.6 inches BPEL and 5.5 MSEG. The first goal I have is to get back to my previous lenght which should not be that hard, I reckon 2 months of work
And ill be there and after that ill start chasin an 8.5-9 inches in BPEL I’m not worried about girth at the minute so I’m solely focusing on lenght for at least a year.
The second point in starting this was to increase EQ and reduce po*n consumption since it has become an issue the plan for this is that I only watch it when measuring BPEL every 2 weeks. The plan I have for growth is to start doing manual stretches daily 3-5 times a day in 5-10 minute sessions, and take measurement from BPSL and after I see reasonable growth there then measure BPEL.
After my initial ”muscle memory” gains slow down I plan to incorporate some hanging since I had really good gains from that in the past. I will be reporting stats here every 2 weeks

My routine has changed significantly since I started my previous progress report thread, so I’m starting a new one. My old heat pad was too bulky and was causing me to lose vac pressure while hanging, so I decided to look into different heating devices. A lot of my new routine is based off of information this thread by Solvay1927: Why Near Infrared is better than FIR and US
I would recommend reading through it if you have not already. I picked up a chinese near infrared heat pad that has both 660nm and 850nm wavelengths and supposedly can reach 200mw/cm^2. I’ve been slowly working up in volume to reach what I’m doing for my current routine.
Here is the updated routine I plan to follow:
- Hang for 1 hr/day, 5x/week. For the first 30 minutes, I hang with the IR pad wrapped around my shaft. I take it off and hang with no heat for the last 30 minutes.
- Use an ADS for as long as possible. I am currently wearing it for about an hour and a half, but am adding volume in 15 minute increments.
- Firegoat rolls for every hour I’m spending under vacuum pressure. This is to try and prevent/reduce any discoloration I may experience from vacuum hanging. I probably do this for 3-5 minutes each time.
- No manual exercises, no jeqling, and no edging. Also, if I don’t wake up with morning wood, I’m probably not going to train that day. The goal is 5 hrs/week of hanging, but I also don’t want to overdo it. My goal is to get the maximum volume possible while still being able to recover from each session.
I’m currently hanging with 6 lbs. but will add weight as necessary. I’m planning to increase weights in 1/2 lb increments, and won’t increase the weight more than once per week.
I am going to be tracking everything in a spreadsheet for convenience, and plan to post weekly summaries here. Currently I am only tracking time spent hanging, the weight I’m hanging at, time spent using infrared, and time spent in the ADS. I’m not going to be tracking my pre/post BPFSL because my glans typically have some fluid buildup after hanging which makes the post BPFSL a less reliable measurement in my opinion. I am going to stick to measuring every 4 weeks for more noticeable gains. Is there anything else I should be tracking?
My current BPFSL is around 7 1/2" - 7 5/8", and my goal is to reach 7 7/8" after 4 weeks. 1/4" per month is a lot to ask for, but hey, shoot for the moon right?
Glycolic acid is advertised to be eat away at dead skin cells and apparently makes your skin peel. Thereās not much on the effects of glycolic acid and not a ton of people who have actually tried it so I decided to do it myself. Was relatively easy to find and ended up picking it up at Ulta . You can also buy it online.
Hereās what I did- Got my acid and slapped it all over my dude including the nuggets and then proceeded to put a lotion on top. Then I wrapped my dude in Saran Wrap and tied it off with some string to hopefully keep it in place. My penis looks like a Christmas present but Iām happy. Itās relatively comfortable and Iām hoping to keep it on till next morning.
Iām about two hours in and thereās no sign anything is working. My penis feels the same. Just wanted to post this in case Iām doing something incredibly stupid or if you guys have any opinions.
Hello everyone. A quick introduction. My name is Jack, father of three boys, and living in Oxford area UK with the boys and my wife.
I had always wanted a bigger penis, but after child birth, and being near to 40 now (37), I feel I want to try and achieve that big boy status. My wife is also doing kegels, as we noticed that it’s just not the same as it used to be down there.
I decided to introduce a silicon sleeve/extender the other week, and it kind of confirmed to both of us that in her case, bigger is better. That is not to say she can’t get fulfilment, but this extender made me 8 x 6, and her reaction was one I had never witnessed. Perhaps not the best idea for self confidence and all, but now I have a mission to grow mine to at least the size of that, or even bigger.
If anyone here can help me, I have a few newbie questions.
1. Should I only do jelqing for the first three months? (JP90 routine), or can I immediately start using an All Day Stretcher too?
2. I read that later on in life- ie in the 50’s plus, Jelqing could lead to issues.
3. Will the gland/head also grow with the penis lengthening/widening?, or are there things one can do for that too?
4. Based on the below stats and aim, do you think my target of 9x6 would be at all realistic over time if I keep changing and evolving techniques?

Yes I have been doing PE for 10+ years on and off now and wanted to actually share my story/success after all these years. I have been around and read a lot of things on here I believe it was called PeGym at one point, but I read many theories and threads over the past 10+ years, but never posted on here, so this will be my first post ever. (I might have commented on threads before Iām not sure) but this is my first actual thread post ever.
Introduction:
So Iām currently 27 turning 28 soon. I found of about PE at about age 16. Iām 5ā7-5ā7.5 tall and since I couldnāt control height I wanted to know if I could control how big my dick could get and stumbled across PE. Iām a really attractive guy, most women would rate me probably a 9/10 looks wise even with me being 5ā7, Iām athletic in great shape workout 5 times a week, so even as a teenager I knew I would encounter a lot of women and the last thing I wanted was a girl to be like āheās so attractive, but he has a little dickā which made me want to grow my dick, and I stumbled across PE.
Journey:
First PE exercise I ever heard of was jelqing, and thatās what started my journey. At 16 I remember having like an 5.75 inch NBPEL, I honestly donāt remember the girth, if I could take an estimate I would guess 4.75in only a guess. I did manual stretching and jelqing for about 3 months and gained about 0.25 el and maybe about .1 girth. I feel most was EQ gains tbh, Fast forward for the past 10+ years I been on and off PE. I would do it for a month or two then stop for about a year to a year and a half or so. I have tried multiple of exercises, hanging, clamping, tunica tugs, bundled stretches, v-stretches, and anything you can think of over the many of years.
Results/Discoveries:
So currently I am doing PE again as of last week lol after like a two year break, my current measurements are 7.75 NBPEL and girth I havenāt measured I’m guessing 5in. I will reply to this with actual girth measurement once I do. I have noticed every time I start back doing PE, itās like I get newbie gains each time for that month or two that I do exercises. I guess because I take such a long break in between. I usually do exercises everyday and just ride the fatigue. Mainly I do different forms manual stretches and focus on the tunica for ex: bundled blasters, tunica tugs, fulcrum stretches. I try to tire out my dick and stretch that thing and just ride that fatigue out and I feel like it just get easier for me to stretch my dick out and it feels more spongy and stretchable. If I do take a rest day itās on accident just from being busy or just forgetting tbh. My EQ levels dip and rise a lot when I’m doing PE, my dick sometimes feels exhausted but once Iām about to have sex my dick gets hard so itās never been a real issue. My LOT is at 6, so I always feel like I got the most of my ligament gains, according to the LOT theory and thatās why I focus on the tunica, because I get a lot of pull back when my dick is pulled up. But my gains have obviously been permanent over the years.
Sex Life:
So in my 27 years of life I have been with a lot of women, kinda live like a bachelor from the tv shows. One night stands, hookups, short term relationships nothing too serious. This is not me bragging I’m just simple stating my lifestyle. Been in two real relationship that lasted 3 years from ages 17-20 and the other 1 year from 25-26, other than that just flings and short term relationship, just personally never wanted to be tied down much especially in early 20s. Now I am more looking on the settling down and been dealing with someone for 4 months now looking to take things more serious with her and be in a relationship soon. With that being said, a lot of women over the years have always said āyou have a big dickā, itās always a surprise when they see it, because I am 5ā7, I have small hands and feet I wear a size 9-9.5, so women always comment about my dick size. PE honestly made my sex life great, because so many women get hooked on my dick that they honestly donāt leave me alone. Not saying I have the biggest dick ever but itās obviously well above average, and combined with my looks most women lust after me especially after we fuck for the first time and they see my dick size combined with looks. Itās a blessing and a curse, but my sex life has been amazing and fun the last 10+ years. I have got women thatās been interested just from word of mouth of a friend bragging about my size, then their friend gets curious and wants to find out themselves lmao. The girl Iām current dealing with commented about my dick size last night which kinda made me share my story and progress on here for the first time and I had a flashback on when I started this crazy journey as a teenager.
Conclusion:
I just wanted to finally share my story after all these years, if anybody have questions about exercises or just anything in general just reply to this. I will try to reply back to everyone. I know I will be taking a break from here as I usually do, so if I donāt reply for a couple years just know I been on a break and have no reason to be on here, but just know itās gonna be a day where I start back up and I will naturally get back on this site, so I will reply eventually just might be a year or two late lmao. But again this is my story/journey of PE, I obviously didnāt post ever single exercise I have tried and my full routines, but like I said ask any questions I will try my best to answer in more depth.

Starting the year with a full time routine, 2-3 days on 1 day off. Done some PE before but hadn’t committed yet. Just came out of a long term relationship and started seeing someone else, so I want to use this time of living alone to really put the work in and make some gains for the sake of the new lady and my own confidence.
Starting at 6.2" x 4.5", and I’m not too fussed about length gains, but want to get into that 5" girth bracket as being on the thinner side of average really weighs on me. I know EQ makes a big difference too as I only feel at about 80% of what I can be when things get spicy, so even if I don’t make much in girth gains I will be happy with improved EQ.
As well as a standard starting routine consisting of the usual manual stretches, wet jelqs, V-jelqs, squeezes, kegels, and warm ups and warm downs, I am also running again, done with smoking, done with drinking, having only green tea instead of coffee, and am on a course of natural supplements that can be helpful such as Maca root, Ginkgo, Ginseng, and Pomegranate. These are all life changes I’m happy making and are already making a difference, and am not feeling like I’m punishing myself over an obsession, as I know some people would be making changes in a way that feels like a struggle. The new person I’m seeing is much more sexual and craves longer sessions, so I want to deliver the best experiences possible and find living for these experiences much more satisfying than the small joys of drinking and smoking etc which I’ve recently got finally bored of.
Anyway, wanted to put my aims out there for any tips or encouragement from experienced PEers with similar paths. I think the diet/supplement aspect is just as important as the exercises, and for the next few months will be happy with the manual routine on its own but am open to leveling up to devices if others think I should go that direction. Any suggestions of routines and things that helped any of you with girth and EQ gains will be greatly appreciated. Planning for a marathon and not a sprint of course.
Seen some really good progress forums already which I will be following for encouragement too.

Just wanted to document my journey into the world of clamping as I’ve recently dived in within this last week or so and wanted to keep a record. I’ll put up pics soon, but here’s my routine thus far:
I’m doing 2 days on with 1 day off and my off day will consist of 1 set of Air Pumping. I do 10 HG’s @ 20 min. I’m pretty comfortable at his pressure level as I am an experienced PE’er.
ā I start my clamp session with a hot rice sock for a few minutes.
ā Next I do 7 minutes of wet jelqing. Setting a timer works best for me cause I’m terrible at keeping count. Must be the ADHD kicking in again. I jelq straight down, V-Jelq, straight out, V-Jelq one hand and OK grip the other, and then OK grip at the base to then straightforward with the other hand. I mix all these varying jelqs together until 7 minutes is up. I just go off of body feel. I have some Asian girls dancing in micro bikini for stimulation.
ā After the wet jelqing is complete, I use Vaseline to grease the inside of the clamp and push the clamp as far down to my public bone as possible. I adjust the teeth to the second to last and do kegels to get blood into my shaft and head. I stimulate a bit to get up to near maximum full. I also make sure to keep pulling the clamp as far down as possible.
ā Once I’m fully locked in I click the final teeth on the clamp. I don’t bother with barriers between my flesh and clamp. Once I’m seated in correctly it doesn’t hurt or bother me too much.
ā I stimulate till 100% and set the time to 15 min. I use porn to keep me aroused but only do short jerks to my head. Not going to crazy. I usually can help but to measure cause I’m addicted to thr expansion.
ā After 15 minutes is up, I wet jelq again for 7 minutes and repeat the process.
My pre clamp measurements are as follows:
7.5" BPEL X 5.5" MEG X 6" Base
Clamped
7.5" BPEL X 5.78" MEG x 7" BASE (lots of skin as this the turtleneck of the clamp)
So as you can see over .25" clamped growth in the middle. My PI and my EQ thus far has been really good especially with the day off. One day I did one extra set at night for 3 sets total but I’m not gonna keep doing that and want to try the slow and steady approach.

I have been doing PE since 2013 but I want to really focus on developing a journal that I can keep myself accountable for.
This will serve that purpose.
I have experience with Jelqing, manual stretches, V jelq, some Ulis though I have always had a weird time with maintaining manual clamps, size genetics extender, Phallosan forte extender, bath mate, as well as vacumate air pump which I currently use. Iāve gained about 1-1.2 inches in length and 0.2-0.4 inches in girth (Iāve gained at least 1-1.5 inches in base girth but Iām trying to translate that into the entire shaft with differing techniques now).
I have yet to try hanging and that is certainly something I am looking to get into. I have purchased Bibs hanger but havenāt used it yet, still afraid and also not really sure where to start for that just yet.
Also working on cutting off all pornography and using pure manual stimulation in its place when my workout routine calls for 100% EQ. I think this will help both my performance with my partner in terms of lasting power and also help with my own views toward sex in general and help me to stop comparing myself and instead focus on how I can help maximize my own potential and through that conquer any self doubt that may remain.
Now, my current goals include allowing myself to truly become devoted to PE (I was always afraid of getting caught by SO but now I donāt really mind and if she asks Iāll just tell her), being organized and meticulous enough that I can track what works and what doesnāt, and most importantly be PATIENT and FOLLOW the plan so I can be CONSISTENT.

Iāve started my PE journey around April this year for a month but stopped due to studies and work. Iāve started again this December and as of today a 0.39 inch gain in length and 0.3 in girth. My measurements as of today are 7.08x5.15 with a downward curve that I am trying to get rid of. I have several questions and sorry if Iām annoying or English mistakes.
1: on average , what would my size potential be starting at the above measurements. I want to get to 9x6 hopefully, is that realistic? ( I know everybody is different but on average)
2 : I started working on my curve by doing erect jelqs + edging & masturbating against the curve. Will I be able to get it to go upwards or at-least get it straight? Did anybody ever do it before?
3: is it normal that my penis is very tired and barely get a boner after 2-2.5h of edging maybe even more ( not proud of it) but now that I know that edging against the curve can fix it then I am kinda putting that time to use.

I came back here after a long time and became very interested in the work done by Kypra, Manko, 5.5, Scienceguy .et al. In the hanging with US and Heat Pad.
The approach really resonated with me because of the engineering approach, the ability to calculate exact load a stress/strain and make scientific based adjustments.
I started P.E. Here a long time ago, since then I have lost 0.6 inches from my biggest ever measurement, 11 years ago. But kept 0.75 inches from where I started 16 years ago.
My original stats and measurements are in my signature.
Hanging Equipment
All equipment used is from Total Man - which I bought in the Black Friday sale.
The only other equipment I’ll be using is Golf Weights, each one weighs 160g and will provide the incremental step ups.
I’ll be using Compression Hanging as my main exercise, so that enough of the shaft is exposed for the Heat Pad.
I also have the equipment for Vacuum Hanging - as I bought a full kit, so if compression doesn’t work out for whatever reason, I have that as a back up.
Method
2 days on 1 day off. My initial plan is to go for 5 weeks on and 3 weeks off; but depending on strain measurements, this could end up changing.
I’ll be using the slow build up approach as outlined in this post by Science Guy scienceguy - let’s see what happens
And using weights based on Kypra’s Load Calculator
The Routine is as follows:
250g - 2 mins
410g - 2 mins
500g - 2 mins
660g - 2 mins
750g - 2 mins
910g - 2 mins
1.0kg - 2 mins

1.41kg - 2 mins (Turn on heat pad here)

2.75kg - 20 mins (Heat pad turned off here, removed 5mins after turning off. It takes the Penis 20 mins to return to body temperature after removing the heat pad according to Longerstretch’s research)
The routine should take no longer than 75mins from putting on the hanger till the end of the cool down. Weights and times are subject to change depending on how I progress and when things stall.
Current Stats
18.5cm - BPFSL
17.5cm - BPEL
12.7cm - MEG
These are the only 3 measurements that I feel really matter in this routine, so the only ones I’ll keep track of.
Goal
My primary goal is more aesthetic. I would like my Penis to look circumcised when fully erect.
Considering the amount of foreskin I have, this would be somewhere near 3.5 - 5 cm of extra Penis length required, under the premise that there will be little skin stretching along with the compression hanging.
I know the goal is a lengthy one, but I’m confident in the in the new methodology and ground work put in by all of the other members who I’ve mentioned.
I’ll update this thread when I get started. I won’t be posting daily updates, but more likely weekly or fortnightly depending if anything interesting comes up.

I’ve been on Thunder’s before for about a month and was able, to my surprise, cement some gains, but life got in the way on me continuing past a month. However, I’ve been able to settle back into a routine so I’m back again. I’m been dating a girl and that has really pushed me to better myself in every aspect of my life including my diet, working out, and now PE.
My goals are simple:
1. Maximize my dick size. Because I’m not starting with the largest numbers, my dream would be 7x5. But I’ll try for 8x6 if it is somehow possible.
2. Get in peak physical condition. Not only strength but endurance/cardio. I’m 5’9" 155lbs so goal weight is a lean 170 lbs.
I plan on updating this thread once a week, every Saturday/Sunday before the new week begins. And then throughout the week prioritize taking action. I’m going to start back on the Newbie Routine for 6 months as recommended.
Wasn’t sure what to write for my first post, so my post format was inspired by Luuuuuucino.
I have hard flaccid due to incorrect hanging. Behind my glans went completely numb along with bruising on the head , sudden poor erections , loss of sex drive , and other symptoms. This sent me into a panic, spending hours researching and understanding. I hypothesized that I pinched the dorsal nerve. It was hard to gauge the severity but having no serious bad indicators I decided to let it heal with time. During this time Iāve made several realizations with my condition that I hope might help someone else .
In my experience and opinion the main thing about hard flaccid is that itās 100% psychological. Injuring your penis confuses the mind making it impossible to recover without constant mental relaxation and reassurance.
For me hard flaccid is at its worse when Iām showering. My mind and penis are both relaxed but as soon as Iām able to see and am conscious of my penis, hard flaccid symptoms show immediately.
Mental steadiness is the cure, reassuring yourself with the knowledge that youāve got a healthy member. Going to a urologist and making sure everything is physically okay helps.
Hard flaccid is a vicious metal loop started from the mental stress of an injury. The cycle can get worse without a proper understanding of whatās happening. Your pelvic muscles are sent into constant tension due to signals from your brain. Relaxing then leads to instant results and proper penis hang.
Things that help:
STRETCHING. The number one is definitely stretching, especially pelvic muscle and groin stretches
Since my injury happened Iāve started stretching resulting with viable changes in my whole body as well as a better mental.
With just one pelvic stretch I cured lifelong pelvic tilt and flared ribs almost instantly. This made me happy for weeks with the most relief Iāve had in my life.
BREATHING AND REVERSE KEGEL EXERCISES
Lay down on your back and breathe deeeeeepp into your stomach like youāre trying to get the air into your balls. On the inhale flex your groin or d muscles like youāre trying to piss. This should be a lighhhtttt push and not a strain. It helps to elevate your legs. This should be a relaxing meditative practice that helps you become aware of when your pelvic floor is tensed throughout the day . Lookup some exercise and see what works for you because again curing hard flaccid is 100% mental .
LOTION
Keeps your dude feeling good and relaxed. Just a small thing that really helps me because curing this is all about making yourself feel good.
PONDERING
The key is to break out of the loop of constantly thinking about your penis and if heās okay. Realizing that the healing process will take months depending on how deep in you are. Remind yourself to relax and heal and to just forget about it. Accept that hard flaccid will be a new normal for you until you relax and stop caring about it.
QUITING PORN
Mainly masturbating seems to make symptoms worse. Could be a placebo affect but then again this whole mental illness is. Just leave him alone unless youāre incredibly horny and get hard from basically nothing. Only then should you have sex or touch it.
UNDERSTANDING HARD FLACCID
Really helps to know whatās going on inside your body .

I want to say that little by little I can see my symptoms getting slowly better with the help of Thunders-Place. The numbing is slowly fading in the dorsal region due to other methods I have but thatās a whole different injury that doesnāt pertain hard flaccid

Whatās up, all.
Iāve been lurking around here for about a year or so, being off and on with PE. I started a prior progress thread which kind of fell off the rails just due to āoutside interferenceā (got a new job, moved, etc.).
Since then; my girlfriend and I have gotten engaged, weāve settled into our new place, Iāve settled into the new job, etc. Iāve been getting back into both PE and throwing weights around so I figured Iād make one big accountability thread to both track my progress and keep myself accountable.
My goals in this thread are three-fold:
1. Obtain the biggest dick as I possibly can over time (going for the magical 8x6, but 7.5x5.5 will be just as good :) )
2. Get back into high-level athletic shape. Iām still young, but my body and athletic performance isnāt where it was even just a few years ago. Lack of quality foods and far less time in the gym play a big role in that. Time to turn that around.
3. Improve EQ to the highest point possible. My EQ right now is somewhere between a 7-8/10 consistently. A lot of this has to do, in my opinion, with two things: 1. Not in as good cardiovascular/athletic shape as I need to be. 2. Porn. My fiancĆ©e is almost always willing to get after it, so itās not like I masturbate or anything a ton, but I do and have used porn as a crutch to maintain erections while PEāing. My goal is to eliminate the need/lust for it completely.
In this thread I plan to share what I do both in the gym and PE on a daily basis.
In the gym, Iāve created a personal routine for myself that helps me not only get back to where I need to be athletically but also obtain the mobility and stability in the muscles. I use whatās called RPT (reverse pyramid training) to obtain maximum strength without ballooning up like a power lifter. For dick purposes, I also want to eliminate a lot of my fat pad. Less pad, more dick! My fiancĆ©e said to me the other day āI love how deep you getā. Getting back into PE and eliminating my fat pad will only allow for me more depth :)
In terms of PE, since I havenāt been consistent over the last six months or so, Iāll be following the lineal newbie routine for AT MINIMUM one month, in order to get myself and my member reconditioned to the āstressā of PE.

Thank you all for helping me during this journey. As you may know, wifey and I hit a rough patch 6 months ago. I got back to PE with a goal of getting to 6.2 NBPEL. I MADE IT! (I never measured my BP accurately before so my next goal will be more BP info)
Without even knowing it my girth erect went from 4.25 to 4.5. I also made my body goals, my arms are 1.25 inches thicker, my neck width is .75 inches thicker and my glutes are rock hard, everyone has been noticed.
Last night while going at it with wifey, she knows that things have changed for the better. I get her in the mood way quicker now, I now get the eye-rolling face when going balls deep. I think the growth from 5.75 to 6.0-6.2 NBPEL has been a game changer. I get around the cervix best when she is on top and she goes wild, then in missionary, I’m hitting the A-spot much better. I am still going at this as I want to fill her up more in doggy.
As I know someone will ask me about the routine. As always, NEVER SKIP HEAT UP TIME.
First 3 months, shower with hot water to warm up, and for the last 2 months, NIR & RED pad for warm-up. Newbie routine with coconut oil.
I just started water pumping 2 weeks ago and I’m now the hardest I have ever been in my life. I will try and report back what the next routine will be with water pumping now in the mix. For anyone on the fence of water pumping, just do it and see if it is for you.
I started PE in late August while I was stuck at home with COVID.
Unfortunately, although I came to this site first, I independently found out about ‘Angion Method’ soon after. I told myself it would be a better approach to work on EQ first, as a prep for traditional PE, and so I did that for a couple of weeks. Then I found out. Welp. It truly did seem like it was helping my flaccid hang and all that, but it was clearly not doing anything for my erect measurements.
Since then, its been only heated stretching and jelqing. (Occasionally kegel and reverse kegel thrown in here and there.)
There have been many scares and setbacks, but I can now report with confidence that my boy’s been growing, slowly but steadily, with each month.
NBPEL started at 6.7 (generously) two months ago, and is now at 6.85.
BPEL started at 7.2 (probably somewhat of an undermeasurement, but it was not more than 7.5) and is now 7.8-7.85.
Girth gains have been more modest, on the order of 1/16 inch.
Curiosity has become conviction and commitment, haha.
I may post more about some of the pitfalls and issues I’ve faced (drastic loss of EQ, bruising, blood) in the future, and also update on the one fairly exotic thing I’ve tried, namely fat freezing.

I am 42 years old now. Since I was around 30 years old, I have always had problems with getting an erection with girlfriends. When I watch porn I get an erection with no problems, it always happens when I am with a girl - I just get really stressed and it just never happens. So since then, I decided to take Viagra like 25mg and it helped me a lot. So around when I was 27 years old I had been taking Viagra in small dosages and it was helping me perfectly. The problem started 6 months ago - viagra stopped working, I even increased the dosage but it is the same. I ended up taking Cialis first with 10mg and now 20mg. It is not really working. In the meantime, I still get erection without any problems by watching porn. It is just really strange that I do not take any pills and get erection watching porn by myself but when I am with my wife now - take a pill and still no result. What would you recommend me to do? I found Thundersplace quite some years back but I never really did any serious PE. I would do 1 week and then for the next 3 months, no PE.
After several years of wondering of PE really works and if what results people post here are true, the only way to find out is by doing it consistently and keeping track record.
I am quite confident with my dick size and I have no complex whatsoever.
I have decided to keep to a routine for six months and measure progress.
My current length is BPEL: 7:25 in, EL: 6.6 in, EG: 5.2
My routine is as follows:
5 mins hot wrap warm up
1 minute stretch in the major cardinal directions
10 minute jelq session starting from flaccid
10 minute pump (2.0 inch cylinder).
All these without help from porn videos or any pornographic content.
I will kick start this routing from the first week of November and update my progress every 2 weeks.
I will keep to this routine regardless of whether I see growth or not at least for the first 3 months.
Remember I said I am confident with my penis, so no pressure on me. The goal is to make my dick better and prove PE while doing it and clear my doubts once and for all.

I’ve been lurking for almost a year now and have learned so much from so many members here. My stealth PE journey started in January of 2023 with the purchase of a Phallosan Forte. After placing that order I found Thunder’s, and by the time my order arrived, I had been doing manual stretches for a week or more.
I’ve done a lot of reading here at Thunder’s and worked out a routine that has been very good for me. My routine has been adjusted throughout the year and is far from perfect due to privacy and time restrictions. It is based on the research and routines of 5.5 squared, Kyrpa, and many others. Unfortunately, I haven’t kept much of a log, but I have updated my stats page periodically with detailed notes on my routine and progress. Posting my results and routine here will help keep me accountable and more consistent in my next phase.

Beginning measurements- 5.5 BPEL +/- .25 length - 4.75 MEG +/- .1. Reasonable accuracy but not 100% (pre thunders research)
Routine: Ramped up for 2 weeks-
-ADS (PF) for 10-13 hours a day @ 6+ days a week.
-Bathmate Hydromax7 pumping 5 days a week for 1 set of 15 minutes working up to max pressure.
-5-10 minutes of jelqs and Ulis after pumping as time allowed. Manuals averaged 3 days a week for the first month and became less consistent in months 2 and especially month 3 (1 x week).
Results: 1/6/2023 - 4/19/2023
6.5 BPEL - 7.125 BPFSL - 5.1 MEG - 6 BEG

Max pressure pumping in the Bathmate (14-ish HG based on research not measuring) resulted in significant growth but decreased EQ on pump days. No lasting desensitization or discoloration occurred. A switch was made on 4/1 to a 1.75x9 Leluv cylinder with a brake bleeder pump. The new cylinder is pumped to 5 HG for 1 set of 20-30 minutes as time allows. Girth expansion is down compared to the Bathmate but EQ has returned to above baseline and length in the tube is up significantly. The 1.75 cylinder is a little tight for my base girth but I also purchased a 2.125 that is too large. With length being the primary focus at this time, I will stick with the 1.75 and upgrade to a thick walled Leluv 1.9 if necessary.
Phallosan Forte results were noticeable within the first month but no measurements were taken until mid April. Growth seems fairly steady throughout and started to slow around the time of measuring.
New Routine: 4/17/2023
Started vacuum hanging SD with the PF. Started at 2.5 lbs for 1 hour total including a 15 minute 1 lb warm up. IR heat pad for 30 minutes in the middle with 15 minute cool down. First day resulted in no BPFSL change I increased the weight to 3 lb and then 3.5 lb for next 2 days. 3 month ADS must have conditioned me for hanging. 3.5 resulted in a strain of 1.5% so the weight was upped to 4 lbs on day 4. Strain increased to 3.4% and felt great.
ADS continues. Low pressure pumping continues for blood flow and EQ but will discontinue if a plateau comes early

Hanging consistency suffered in late June, July and early August but April through early June saw dramatic improvement in BPFSL from 7 1/8in to 7 7/8. I worked up to 5.5 lbs on cool down and was showing signs of a needed decon. Bathmate pumping frequency increased during the unplanned decon but pressure was kept to a reasonable level. Occasional pumping in a leluv 1.75 as privacy allowed.
Since starting back in August, I have slowly worked up to 6.5 lbs at cool down with strain around 2-3%. I will continue riding the strain rate until November or until I hit 7.5 lbs then another decon until January. Low pressure water pumping is still going on for EQ.
I suspect that my BPEL may be slightly longer than 6.875 but I’m almost never fully erect unless with a partner. This can be said about my initial measurements too. It’s not an ED issue (I think) because my sexual erections are now excellent. I just don’t get much above 85-90% erect without a woman.
Goal for the next 8 weeks in to gain .375 in BPEL and BPFSL. Girth increase is not the focus.

Hanging frequency has been pretty consistent at 3-4 days per week, although I try for 5 on 2 off. I’ve been using an ADS for 8+ hours at 3-4 lbs tension on days that I should be hanging but cannot make the time or find the privacy.
Hanging weight has increased to 6.5 lbs with an FIR heat pad followed by 7.5 lbs for a 10 minute cool down. I’ve been using an ADS for 1- 3 hours (sometimes as much as 8 hours) for a gradual stretch before adding weight and heat.
The results have been terrific with the ADS warm up and the increases in weight from 5.5 lbs to 6 lbs and then to 6.5 lbs under heat. I plan to continue with this weight until the strain slows and then take a 6 week decon break sometime in November.
I’ve been doing sporadic light pumping when I have time and sometimes before sex. I’m consistently hitting 7 1/4 in the tube and as much as 7 1/2.
I haven’t been checking girth recently but the Phallosan Medium cup is now sometimes too small. The large works for a while but will usually start to slip after an hour or so. I sometimes use tape to seal the base of the large condom to prevent slippage. This has to mean I’m gaining girth, at least in the glans.

Iāve been aware of PE for some time. Even made attempts in the past but saw no changes and chalked it up to snake oil and wishful thinking. I returned here back in august and began reading more reports and decided to give the newbie routine another shot. Iām married so I do workouts in the shower with high heat to warm up and I have privacy at work at times so Iām able to do additional stretches and dry jelqs. I workout minimum 5 days with 2 off.
Began this journey at 6.2 BPEL and 6.6 BPSFL. Girth is not a goal but will consider any a bonus. I do not have an EG measurement. Iām considering BPSFL as a benchmark since itās less prone to EQ discrepancies. In the short time Iāve been doing this Iāve managed to pull BPSFL up to 7ā. Just barely hit that mark this morning after stretching. I had previously measured a 6.5 BPEL after a few weeks which was impressive. But still could have been a change in how I measured. Plus I had straightened the curve with that and I donāt remember if I did that with the 6.2. Anyways, this morning I measured a 6.75 BPEL! And thatās undeniable progress in my book. So Iām stunned!
When I first heard about PE and found this forum I wondered could there really be hundreds of thousands of men online lying about growing their dicks? Of course the answer is āYesā but thatās beside the point. The overwhelming anecdotal evidence and bro science around it all adds up. This stuff works!
My goals are modest. Iād like to reach 7.5 which I think will eventually settle between 7 and 7.5. I already get pretty deep in my wife and donāt want to become uncomfortable for her. Though I assume sheāll gradually accommodate any changes I make too.
She is unaware of any of this. Another goal of mine is that I want her to notice and say āWhat the hell is happening here?ā Also Iām curious how a larger dick will affect our sex life. After a year long hiatus from PE I started with the beginner routine again and measured 7.25" BPEL x 5.25" EG after about a month. I’m going to put some serious effort into PE and quitting porn, and I think keeping a journal will help me with accountability. My long term goal is to get to 8" NBPEL x 6" EG while improving EQ by quitting porn.
