At -5, most of my shaft is pressed up against the cylinder wall. The seal at the bottom is very good. Is that the kind of fit you want to see?
Or does that not leave enough room for expansion?
Greetings. I bought a medical grade pump that has a built-in pressure release valve that prevents the pressure from exceeding 360mm of HG. The claim in the brochure states that the pump, because of this safety feature, can not reach dangerous levels. When I use an on-line converter it appears that 360mm of HG equals 14.173 inches of HG. Is this correct? And if so, this seems to be quite a lot of pressure which can possibly cause some damage to my penis. Is this a lot of pressure, and should I be concerned? What might I be missing here? Thanks for your help.
I have been measuring my length near the end of a pumping session while still under vacuum in the tube, because that seems to give the most consistent measurements.
Over the past year of effort, I think the pumped length has increased by about 0.250-0.375 inch.
The approximate difference between the pumped length and the erect length is about 0.500-1.000 inch. (The erect length seems to vary almost 0.5000 inch sometimes.)
I know that whatever I gained in erect length is too small to measure, but I wonder if there are any rules of thumb that I could use to estimate. (LOL, I am trying to tell myself that I gained something when I can’t see any gain.)
I used to have a vacuum stretching product and the silicone sleeve became loose after about a year of use
The vacuum cap is brittle because of the wet weather and cracks with the slightest force
It can not be used for a long time It can only be used for a year. If you want to use it you must buy new parts
After a long period of use spots appear and I now have a black spot on my penis caused by it which cannot be removed
For the use of products I pay attention to is solid and strong
If a product you use one year
You have to buy once every other year it will be a waste of money of course you have a lot of money when I did not say
There should be better alternatives, those businesses have been using this material to make products
For them to earn interest rates with a year of bad, bad you come to me to buy

I’ve been looking into getting an elliptical cylinder by LA Pump since I heard using it leads to slightly stronger (and potentially faster) development of width compared to height, which is something I am interested in.
However the cylinder has a pretty hefty price point at about 130€ and doesn’t include their own brand pump, which would cost another 100€.
Now, unless LA Pump uses a proprietary connector for their pumps/cylinders, wouldn’t it be a decent idea to simply get a cheaper one from somewhere else?
Or is it in your opinion worth it to spend the money on their pump?

I just bought a 1.75" LeLuv pump. Whats a good silicone sleeve product to use with it for a better seal?
Anyone see any new all day stretchers? I would like to buy 1 to wear while I am at work.
Thank you.
My girth is 5.125” at the base and 5.6” in the middle.
What’s ideal cylinder width to provide enough room for expansion while minimizing suction of my scrotum and surrounding tissue?
Thanks
I am still trying to find the right vacuum and duration for pumping. Last night I gradually worked-up to 28 kpa (8 inhg) over 30 minutes. I used the shea butter lubrication recommended here and it worked great.
The problem came when I removed the pump and noticed large grey splotches covering about 25% of my penis making it look somewhat like a black and white cow. These splotches disappeared in less than 5 minutes.
Are the splotches a problem?
I’ve accidentally-on-purpose left on this loose cock ring on most of the day, and I enjoy the slightly swollen feeling. It feels a bit like low-dose Tadalafil.
I’m curious about similar experiences.
Hey guys,
I’ve been doing my stretching routine for about 20-25 minutes almost every day, in addition to 20 minutes of pumping.
I’m considering to buy an extender just to save the time as it adds up.
Wanted to ask about the diff between manual and an extender. I mean from what I read most people wear extenders for 6-8 hours a day.
So my question is -isn’t an extender superior to manual stretching just by the sheer time volume you stretch? I mean 6 hours vs 30-60 mins manual is a huge difference. In addition the fact you can just wear it while going about ur day.
Would love to hear your feedback.
Thanks!
Last night I pumped at least 45 minutes with ups and downs in the pressure due to my automatic pump’s programs. I was expecting to have the donut effect, and there appeared to be the beginning of it, but it didn’t happen.
Is it desirable to pump as long as possible without getting a significant donut effect, or is that still likely to cause trouble?
Also, for those who pump several times per day, what is the minimum rest interval between sessions? I was wondering about the possibility of something like several 20-30 minute pumpings separated by 20 minute breaks. I know every person’s body is different, but I was curious what others have done.
Has anyone experienced any enlargement of groin lymph nodes after pumping for a few weeks or more? I have not found any threads on this specifically. I’ve seen a lot of threads on hard lymph nodules or lymph veins directly on the penis or at the base, but no mention of groin lymph nodes being enlarged.
For context, these lymph nodes do drain the penis’s lymph system and mine to started to swell up a couple of months after pretty extensive pumping with a bath mate. The time they swelled up also coincided with a back injury and so I thought at first they could have been related to inflammation from the injury. But this was 8 months ago and they haven’t gone down. I have been pumping this whole time and just stopped last week when I realized the possible connection.
My doctor has a procedure for a lymph biopsy scheduled for me for Friday to make sure it’s not cancer, as it seems to not be any of the normal causes for swollen lymph nodes according to him and cancer or unexplained random chance are the only options left which he knows of. But, I didn’t tell him about penis pumping as a possible connection didn’t occur to me at first.
Any direct feedback would be great. If you’ve experienced lymph nodes swelling associated to pumping in your groin lymph nodes, please tell me about it. Did it clear up when you stopped? How quickly? Could you avoid it later or did it come back every time you pumped?
I plan to update after I have biopsy results which should be a week after the procedure.
Hi guys, it’s my first post here so I apologize in advance in case I’m doing something wrong. Have been reading the forum for quite some time and have been on PE for about 4 months.
My current goal is to get to 20cm (8") BPEL X 15cm (6") MSEG.
My current routine consists in
8+ hours ADS with a wench;
20 minutes wet jelq;
30 minutes pumping;
I normally do the ADS with a 500 grams (little over 1lb) lead fishing sinker. When that’s not possible due to the bulge I use a leg strap attached above the knee with maximum stretch.
I’m 23yo, 5’7" Brazilian with Portuguese and Arab/Calon roma descent.
Haven’t had any injuries so far.
My stats are as follows:
Starting 08/11/23:
BPEL - 16 cm (6.25")
BPFL - 11 cm (4.3")
EG - 13 cm (5.11")
Last measured 10/01/24:
BPEL - 17 cm (6.7")
BPFL - 14,5 cm (5.7")
EG - 13,5 cm (5.3")
Don’t really know if these are considered average or fast/slow gains. If anyone more experienced could give me some feedbacks, they’d be much appreciated.
My main focus now is aiming for length and letting girth come more as a consequence of all the exercise. Not that I am satisfied with my girth so far, but it might get much more difficult to gain in length once my unit is fatter. I’m considering starting hanging next month, about 8lbs for starters and adding about half a pound weekly until I reach 10lbs.
I saw that a guy here got 1 inch through the jelq stick method, but I can’t find a demo of this method anywhere.
I have not seen this mentioned, only in a few old posts, but i think its something worth considering.
Many of us have sedentary lifestyles, witch can give you pretty bad posture: rounded shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt, nerd neck…
Im trying to improve in this area, doing stretches and exercises, and I realized that fixing my anterior pelvic tilt will give me a bigger bulge and possibly improve NBPEL or the very least the perception of it. Its very easy to see, if you have anterior pelvic tilt and manually move your hip to be in the correct position, you will see that as a result of that your penis will also be a bit more "pushed" out, making your bulge bigger.
I knew about my bad posture for many-many years, and even though im pretty fit and weightlift regularly, somehow doing simple stretches and exercises to fix my posture was something i was always to lazy to do regularly.
Now after I realized this other side of fixing my posture, i find myself doing the exercises on a daily basis, and im already seeing improvements only after a few weeks.
Hi thunder’s place, just wondering if water pumping in a cylinder prevent us from reaching the end of that tube, for instance, does getting warm water in my 9" tube block me from getting 9" ? Do we need longer tube to perform water pumping ? What’s do you think ?
Hi team!
I’ve been making slow and steady progress over the last 6 months. Started out with very poor EQ and with working on peripheral blood flow, increasing my over all fitness, Jelqs, and pumping with a bathmate I have seen noticeable improvements in both flaccid and erect size. Started at around 5.5 / 5.75 BPEL and now measuring 6/ 6.3 BPEL. Noticeable improvement in flaccid length and girth as well - which has really helped with self image.
I could use some assistance tightening up my protocol.
Currently I am doing 20 minute Jelq sessions with a minimum of 100 jelqs each hand, followed by 3 five minute sets of the bathmate (in the bath), between 4 - 6 times per week. Occasional stretches in the shower as well, but not on any set schedule.
I’d like to tighten this up as follows:
M: 20min Jelq / 15 minute Pump/ 5 minute stretch
T: 20min Jelq / 15 minute Pump/ 5 minute stretch
W: 20min Jelq
TH: 20min Jelq / 15 minute Pump/ 5 minute stretch
F: 20min Jelq / 15 minute Pump/ 5 minute stretch
S: Off
S: Off
Eventually I’d like to add traction with RestoreX device, but not for a few months.
Would be grateful for any feedback. I am coachable - so please feel free to let me know if I am on the right or wrong track here.
Also - I am really loving the pump I get after jelq/bathmate sessions. Is it possible that this could be a normal state after doing PE for a few years. That would be awesome!
Thanks for reading and commenting!
I am wanting to start using ultrasound to make my routine more effective and was curious about what precautions need to be taken to keep it relatively safe. I have read kyrpa’s initial ultrasound post and it seems that the penile temp should be kept under 45C. Does anyone have any practical guidance on how to do this without needing to probe myself? I am primarily concerned with overheating to the point of causing permanent damage.
If anyone has any help that would be greatly appreciated! I’ve tried using the search function but since the ultrasound threads are so long I haven’t been having much luck.
Thanks,
NMG
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 months now by the end of February.
5min hot wrap
10min manual stretch
200 wet jelqs at 5 sec hold
5min hot wrap
50 kegels at 5 second hold
2 days on 1 day off
I was planning to start with 2.5lbs at 3x 20min sets per day but not sure what the on/off day ratio should be.
I’ve definitely build some base line conditioning but I wanted to get some opinions from other experienced hangers.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I’ve known about PE for 2 years, and I’ve never done it inconsistently over those 2 years. The only "gains" I have to report is slightly greater vascularity and a 0.2 inch girth gain at the base of my penis. This isn’t much, considering how my dick barely scratches 6" x 4.5" now. I’ve resolved to start doing P.E more seriously, but I’m not sure how exactly I should plot out my workouts. My previous gains were due to clamping, and I’ve not gained anything since the slight girth gain. I know that this is probably a stupid question, but how do you guys plot your workouts? Do you write it down somewhere and add your increments to the set after a certain amount of time? And at what point do you guys start moving on to more advanced exercises, assuming you start from the linear exercise routine listed in this forum?
I’m trying to get to 9" x 6". Is that just a dream or is it really possible? And if so, how long will it take?
Hey guys,
Lately I got into PE again because I’m just not fully satisfied with my size. I’m also single since about 1 month so I have plenty of time. I did the newbie routine 4 years ago for 4 months and had little to no results (I think I didn’t measure correctly and there were no changes)
I just did the manual stretches and jelqing.
My measurements are:
BPEL 16,9cm
NBPEL 15,1cm
EG BASE 13,0cm
EG MID 13,0cm
EG TOP 12,2cm
I’m doing stretches, jelqing and pumping now for 1 month again. Since last week I also built in some clamps. I think I can handle it all since I‘m not new to it all. I was also pumping from time to time in the last 2 years. I’m also thinking about starting to hang or buying a stretcher/extender but I don’t know whats best for me. Also maybe a better pump since mine is a bit big and an infrared lamp? I’m willing to spend money if it will help making gains faster.
My goals are indeed not that enormous.
Goals:
NBPEL: 16,5-17cm
I don’t really care about BPEL
EG: 14-14,5cm
So my question is actually what would be the best routine for me? I think the goals are makeable in about one year or one and a half? I read that it’s smarter to focus on length first and then girth, but since I don’t have extreme goals I could maybe focus on both simultaneously. What do you guys think?
Thank you in advance guys!
Just a quick question my PE routine is currently Hanging with FIR and I usually edge straight after to make sure my penis still works haha.
In your experience does masturbation(including climax) or edging after PE impact gains at all?
I have seen people mention not to ejaculate as that could negatively impact length gains.
Thanks.
1. I don’t understand the science of why jelqing works but pumps don’t for permanent gains. Aren’t you just getting more blood in the area than you normally would causing cellular expansion?
2. Extenders - how do people wear these for hours? Wouldn’t people see these in your pants?
Thanks
Has anyone taken this combination together? I’m seeing more information about using the two together with positive results. If anyone has tried this can you share what your dosage was and your experience? Thank you
I would of posted this in the supplement section but I don’t post much and am still considered a newbie.
What’s a good buy on a standard pump without and bells or whistles? There’s a one that looks good for $79 on peak male physique.
I havnt started any PE yet. I’m confused about when to implement the different modalities. Could someone give me a basic outline off all the methods I should use and when the start them?
I’d like to start stretching the suspensory ligament. Should I be doing length stretching and pumping on top of that? I assume it’s not ideal to stack it all at once but I really don’t know.
Thanks
I’ve been PEing for 5.5 years. I’ve gained a total of .75”bpel, .5”meg, & almost 1”beg.
Lately I’ve been noticing my wife making different grunts, groans and moaning sounds during intercourse. She really seems to enjoy it.
Saturday night fun time came, at about 4am. We just stayed up all night talking and drinking/having fun. So we did it and due to being mighty fkn tired, pretty buzzed I didn’t orgasm. Thankfully, EQ was great. I got a good workout in earlier in the day, so I may have been 7.5” bpel, 5.25” meg, 5.5”beg. Once again she’s making all these new sounds and after at least a half hour, we realized I wasn’t gonna get there. She did multiple times.
I know that bothers her, but I said don’t worry about it. I’ll get mine tomorrow.
Sunday afternoon she tells me her insides hurt. I said, stomach/bowels. (She normally has issues there). She said no, it feels like my uteran walls are bruised.
She has never verbally said anything about my bigger size.
My question is, is that confirmation she notices?
I’ve been using two different models of LeLux extenders, but the strap on my EasyMax Gold broke. The strap is not sold alone, so I’ve been thinking of upgrading slightly from a $40 extender to I an extender costing $100 or so.
Any opinions of the Quick Extender Pro? It looks similar to my EasyMax Gold, but it seems to fix some of the problems I found.
Hey guys,
Great to be here. I’m super new to PE. Started stretching and pumping about 30 days ago.
I’m using the bathmate. Everything was going great, until I noticed that my penis is starting to have a slight curve to the left. When flaccid it’s slightly leaning and when erect it’s starting to get a sort of a boomerang shape.
I always had a very slight lean when flaccid but never when erect.
When I use the bathmate and start pumping my penis right away starts sticking to the left side of the pump, veering from the center.
I’m afraid if I continue like this the curvature will grow.
My questions are:
1. Is this normal?
2. If I stop pumping/ stretching will it go back to it’s normal shape? Or should I do specific exercises to help with that.
3.I was thinking of starting to place the bathmate to the left of my penis, so it touches the side of the pump so when I pump it’ll go in a straight line and won’t be curved as when I place it in the center.
I care more about girth than length that’s why pumping is what I want to focus on.
Any advice / tips guys? Would love to hear your feedback. It’s crazy that within 1 month the shape is changing like that (for the worse).
THANKS!
Hey group, has anyone considered using TENS for clamping or post PE cool downs/recovery?
I’ve been experimenting with TENS and e-stim a bit lately and I came to discover at 15hz, 300width, I can sustain a rock hard erection, almost perpetually, hands free, with a 1 inch pad on the dorsal nerve and one on the perineum.
Im not a clamper, but I’ve seen a lot of guys complain about maintaining an erection for the entire duration of the work out. This may be an answer. I also considered this might be useful post hanging/extender/pump workout to keep blood flow moving, bring in growth and healing factors, and keep everything inflated and expanded to the maximum.
Any thoughts?
Does anyone here have experience with ANS (all night stretching) - Tips for maximizing session length without accidents/injury, and on modulating tension strength?
I’m not seeing much about this here on the forums and searching for ANS unfortunately gets autocorrected as searching for "AND".
Hi all,
Wondering if anyone knows (I was looking for a forum search function but am not seeing one) if there are any stats from this community regarding:
1. Average gain in length per month (BPEL)
2. Average gain in width (widest point) per month (EW)
3. Average gain in girth (circumference thickest point) per month (EG)
4. Average session length per 24hrs
5. Average total time stretching (weeks, months, or years)
6. Percentage of all stretchers who have gained 1" BPEL or more
It would give a more data-based idea of the progress one might expect if embarking on the journey.
I’m also curious about:
1. The relationship between session length and gains (I.e. Is there a minimum session length threshold for any gains, as well as a point of diminishing returns where stretching longer doesn’t give you any more gains and may even be detrimental due to injury).
2. If anyone has who has achieved 1" BPEL gains or more also experienced a change in hardness due to the significant extra tissue
3. If anyone experienced any "shrink back" once stopping the sessions? If so, how much shrink back?
In case you’re wondering, many years ago I was interested in PE but never really committed myself to it. I figured after all these years maybe I should check back here on the kind of progress real people like us have made. I did check the progress photos and they do give me some idea, but it’s just not enough of a sample. I don’t know how many stretchers there are here in TP but it would be cool to see some more quantitative stats.
Cheers
SH
7" BPEL
1.7" EW
5.5" EG
Hi, I was wondering how often you guys pump. I used to pump 5 days a week and it was perfect. Later noticed that my penis started to become soft at the beginning and only later it became hard. I do not know if it is connected to the amount of time I pump per week.
I heard the late Leo Rex mention in one of his PE videos that you should do all your suspensory ligament stretching before you ever start pumping.
Is this true? If so, why?
I haven’t started suspensory ligament stretching yet but I want to use a pump. Is there really going to be an issue with doing that?
Thanks
Hey all,
After doing the beginner routine and long periods of extending with a device, I’ve since gained 2cm and am ecstatic that this actually works. I have pics but will not post them out of privacy.
I am currently on Mem’s momentous rapid gain mechanism to induce stretch in the tunica, and have been doing it for about 15min a day during my shower.
I only have time to do my manual stretches at night after work. Is once a day enough to see gains in a year?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Hoping to gain a cm in a year to put me just above average haha
How do you wear the extender exactly. I have a cheap noose extender from eBay (white one) and want to know how exactly do I put it on? Sometimes I feel it in the base when I’m extending and sometimes nothing when I adjust the knobs forwards extending my dick longer. Am I supposed to push it down before I put it on or just put it on? I also don’t understand the tension line things.
Realizing that people on Thunders claim to have ligament gains at a lower erection angle but when at the normal erection angle, the ligaments are no longer stretched to contribute to penile length.
I know there’s a surgery out there that does something like this, but I think people that do PE have more gain potential than the normal person with this. If they cut the ligaments, stretch the penis out, and reattach them to a part of the penile shaft that is normally hidden within the body. Those ligament gains at a lower angle would then become the length of your normal erection angle (hopefully and then some).
I just think that people like us who do PE have a stretchy inner penis that is just ready to become BPEL, but is restricted by the ligaments. We would probably gain more than the normal person getting the surgery and all of that work you put in might finally show.
Hi
I am 6 months in to my PE journey - thought I’d check in. I would love some feedback and encouragement. I am currently pumping with a bathmate 5 days per week - 3 or 4 sets of 5 minutes with a quick break in between to massage my shaft. I do it in the bath - which is much more effective for me than the shower. I also jelq 4 days per week - either before or after I pump. I do 100 jelqs (sometimes a bit more) per hand. It’s taken me a while to get the technique, pressure, and speed right. I will occasionally do a stretching session in the shower or immediately after I jelq. I’ve seen some pretty good visual gains - especially in a flaccid state - and it’s been noticed by my partner.
Started out between 5in and 5.5 in NBP depending on erection quality 5.75 in / 6in bone pressed) and I think I am about 5.75 NBP erect and 6.25 BP erect. Flaccid looks good and consistently hangs - which is a real difference from before I started. I am also amazed by my size after I pump and jelq - and I am hoping that size can be my real potential after doing PE for a while. Is this a good gauge to see where I can get to?
I’d like to eventually hit 7in but 6.5in would be a win. My girth isn’t so great - but has improved (and after pumping its an ideal girth for me.). I plan on continuing this routine for about another month and then add traction with ReStoreX. Is this a good plan?
I also want to report that I’ve done a lot of work on my body outside of the PE exercises. I’ve focused on transforming my metabolic health, lost 50lbs, and been working out hard. I’ve also done what I can to increase strength in my core and pelvic floor, and increase blood flow throughout my body (with 5mg daily cialis and breath-work.) I think all this has positively impacted my results. I am 54yo, 5’9, and weigh 180lbs.
I’d love some feedback. I’ve been lurking on this forum for a while and I really appreciate all the info and support.
