I have found some snippets of information on the forums but I want this thread to be dedicated solely for tips from guys who have successfully done it or have read information on this topic elsewhere.

I typed penis sensitivity and all I could find is threads dedicated to increasing it.

I paid a prostitute a few weeks ago and couldn’t fuck rough more than minute and a half without a need to pull out and that is even with with all the deep breathing and removing tension wherever I felt it on the body.

Only conclusion I could make is that my penis, especially underside beneath the glans and frenulum are too sensitive for my liking.

All in all I did last 10 minutes or so but I had too pull out a few times and two times I stopped ejaculation using my PC muscle while orgasming hard.

Methods I have tried in the past:

- Reverse kegels so it stops you from cumming, meaning from time to time do reverse kegels while she is riding you.

- Lidocaine (50 to 100mg) with DMSO at 70%(EG: 10ml DMSO 70% = 7ml DMSO, 3 ml Distilled water) Let it absorb and it will numb your glans only

- Hyaluronic acid injected around the glans base (Coronal ridge) It will numb it for some months until it gets dissolved and broken down by your body.

- Other method injecting lidocaine at the base(dorsal side) so it blocks the dorsal nevers.

All injections are a big no for me, I don’t want to jump on a steroid cycle for it’s small benefits and all the risks plus I hate needles.

Topic anesthetics are definitely in play, plus they are real cheap.

Reverse kegels are one of the reasons and techniques I used to last those 10 minutes (short I know but I used to be 1 min man 😄) so I know it works somewhat.

Anesthetics are definitely going to work just like amphetamines ano opioids are but I am mostly interested in non chemical solutions if there is such a thing(I am sure there is just I haven’t discovered it yet)

Just in case someone is interested in this still, I got great results in prolonging sex time with mind trick which is really simple.

I got some success by listening to the guy who said that contact between dry fabric and glans-frenulum area did the trick for him.

I was rubbing that part of the D for countless dozens of minutes in a span of 4 days.

It came to a point where my shaft was more sensitive than glans.

I think the best option is to Edge One Day ON and one Day OFF

Same here, I feel like I have lifelong PE. 42 and dealing with not being able to hold ejaculation in during penetration for more than a minute. I know my frenulum is the most sensitive and I’ve used Stud100 and Promescent before. They’ve helped maybe double my time but I’ve never ever been able to fuck the way I want for more than 2 minutes before ejaculating and losing erection. This big draw or cool draw. I’ve heard about this. I’ve heard that you can draw the energy from your groin up your spine into your brain and then down through your mouth with your tongue on the roof and back to the core and groin. And this would dissipate that sexual energy stuck in the groin which causes PE. I have no idea how to do it. I’ve been at an arousal of 7 or 9 or 9.5. I’ve tried to take deep nasal breaths and then do a hard kegel and force a chill through my body. I haven’t been able to take that energy and move it anywhere. Do it to yourself 10-15 minutes before sex. It’s not a perfect solution, because you will lose some energy and you won’t be as hard. But it works.

Looking back at myself from a couple years ago, I was completely mental. I don’t know how I got by without having to pay for child support. I have found new info on this from another mantak book and also mastered right amount of slapping my member on the thighs.

I usually put my thighs 20-25 cm apart(best done sitting with legs in this angle /) at the level where my dick head is going to hit them.
Then I slap those right thigh 30 or so times using right hand and then left thigh 30 times using left hand(in this way your fingers do not obstruct dicks trajectory).

I do this for about thirty minutes, or until both my glans and thighs are really red.

When underside starts to hurt I hit the upper side against the palm of my head to let underside prepare for more punishment.

If 3-4 hours later even a tiny slap burns then I know I did a great job.

After this check if it doesn’t burn I hit it gor another few minutes vigorously.

Second thing I found for desensitizing in one of the books is to uncover the glans(if skin is not removed) and put plain dry wipe over the whole flaccid penis and tie it with with other pieces of the same paper taking great care that glans and frenulum are in contact with dry fabric.
