How I cured my SEVERE premature ejaculation

I too had a very sensitive head. More specifically, my frenum (the underside of the head) was my biggest trigger spot. 30 minutes a day should be perfect. I would just edge as often as possible. Skipping a day is not big deal, but you can’t really afford to skip 3 or 4 days at a time. It would be better to do something like 3 days on 1 day off instead of 5 on 5 off or something.

Remember that the key to shutting off the trigger zone is to stimulate and NOT cum no matter what. I remember being at the point where all I could do was touch my head with one finger and barely even move it because it was so sensitive. Just keep with it and you will notice improvement quicker than you thought possible!

Thanks guru I’m all over it. I had an edging session this morning when my roommate went to class for about 20 mins. WOW, this thread is awesome! I’ve just completed an edging session like no other. I began reading this thread last night, and I must say I’m amazed by how quickly I’ve benefited from such an awesome read.

I am often suffering from premature ejaculation as well and as you have mentioned there are 2 factors physical and psychological.

The physical part is that I am circumsised and similar to your situation, the point where the gland meets the shaft is very sensitive and especially during specific positions in sex it gets over stimulated and as a result I blow early. I guess this has to do as well with having other certain parts of my body being very sensitive, full of nerve endings. For example I have sensitive nipples and my gf knows that and licks them to stimulate me and turn me on.

Hey Norsey, good idea. I did something very similar to that a long time ago. The real key to being able to edge to porn is to NOT allow yourself to cum while watching it. Even if you have to stop earlier than you wanted to. Also when you feel like you are at the point where you can’t handle any stimulation try simply touching your penis without strokes just to get SOME stimulation and see how long you can keep that up. Just an update on where i am. I have continued to try and desensitize my trigger points through masturbation. My main trigger points were thrusting so i have as always incorporated this into my solo sessions. The past few days i have noticed that while watching porn i can last much longer than usual. I put this down to one of a few reasons. Firstly, I have just returned from a vacation where my mind was completely taken off everything premature ejaculation related. Additionaly, I have been taking magnesium citrate tablets as I have read that these can have some effect ( although unproven). Furthermore, before my solo sessions i have been doing manual stretches.
Therefore, to conclude i believe one or a combination of these factors has resulted in more control. However, to note this is during solo sessions, not sex; i have always had more control in solo sessions so i cannot say for sure if this is a true improvement or just a lucky streak.

One last point, i believe my p.e is completely mental as for example when i get close(hugging,dancing) with a female for a period of time i can feel my penis become fuller and my arousal levels soar to the point where i know if we were to have sex i would blow straight away. I never(or rarely) get this feeling through watching porn. Therefore, i believe once i get used to this level of arousal around a woman i will be able to control it and put an end to my p.e.

What up Cruxx? Good to hear you are making progress! The vacation/break is always a good thing. I find that these short sort of reset periods always have me coming back strong.

As for you having more control alone vs with sex, your control will gradually transfer over to both. You say that your problem is mostly mental so once you get confident enough to not worry about PreE and get it out of your head your control during sex will be at a completely new level. Trust me when I say you are on the right path.
