Like 7inchessoft I am able now to get hard enough for penetration. I also am waking through the night with erections of about level 7-8. I would like to move on up to a 10 in both situations.

I have been jelqing as well as Kegeling. I am currently doing anywhere from 300 to 500 Kegels per day. I do dry jelqs as I have restored enough foreskin to permit easy slippage of skin on the shaft.

I am also taking L-citrulline in the morning.

It certainly seems to.

I generally take mace before bed, and that helps with erections period.

Recently I ran out and this last three or four days I have been doing the quigong and this morning in particular my erection was close to painful.

I will continue the practice as I believe it Is cumulative.

Sounds right. Under it: my idea is to pick up the energy from the point about three inches below your navel–tantien in oriental tradition–with the left hand, and feed that into the root chakra with the right hand and get a little energy moving in a circuit, more and more.

Maybe you need to visualize/imagine/feel the energy flowing? If you’ve never done energy work before it’s probably a strange concept. Good shit though :D
