In my early fifties, my never-a-problem rock-hard erections since a teenager started becoming a little less reliable at times.

Last night I awoke in the early hours and did it. I didn’t wake up with a raging morning wood, but it certainly was pretty close, haven’t had one like it in months

Tom, only problem is as I fall back into a sleep I don’t stay on my back and so I let go of the crown jewels. How long does one need to hold on for in order to have the full effect?

I’m going to give this a try this week, I think…

I don’t really know. I expect just a few minutes. But you mean you’re lying on your back and you drift off to sleep and immediately roll over?

No I am on my back for a while, but generally as I fall into the sleep I automatically turn onto my side

I do this in the small hours if I wake without an erection, which is rare these days.

I only need a few minutes of relaxed practice and then I fall beck to sleep knowing that when I wake I will be rock hard.

The first time I tried it when you first posted I woke so hard it hurt.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Just do the practice. It worked right away for me, but I grew up around yoga and did my mothers practices with her as a child, so a lot of this sort of thing comes naturally.

It will work for you if you do it as a practice nightly for a period of time. We are energetic beings.
