Hanging 101

Clarification

200 hours. Wow. I was hoping for something a little shorter, but I am committed.

I wanted to make a post where people could Cliff note their estimate of time and the amount of change. Some have posted here and there but metric conversions don’t work well for me and I think sometimes I miss the info in all the reading. I was hoping to hear from some of the long timers as well as newbies who have had results.

Something simple like. I added an inch, took 5 days a week for a year using vac hanging with heat. For example. I just wondered how it varied with people and how long it took to reach goals.

Can hanger and pumping be done at the same time?

I am unaware of anyone doing so. I am assuming your inquiry is about full shaft pumping and hanging together, and not a vacuum cap applied to the glans as a weight supporting device.

I’m not saying it should be at the same time. Pump after hanging. Or hanging after the pump. Or different days

So you’re asking if can do both in the same session? If your dick is conditioned then why not? If not conditioned then you’ll have bad PI’s, probably pooerer EQ, and would need to reduce the intensity or duration of your PE practice until proper PE was restored.

Rest Day Or Non Hanging Days

Hello, I want to start hanging but I have significant traveling plans this summer. I’ve read you should not have more than a couple rest days while hanging. I won’t be able to hang during this time because I will be backpacking.

What do others do while traveling? Are there maintenance routines that can be done during these periods? This is the only thing stopping me from starting hanging.

Do you have any PE experience? Hanging is not a technique recommended for newbies.

Yes, I have been doing PE for 5 months.

Common PE activities when pressed for time and/or have facilities constraints include stretching, piss pulls and fowfers. Possibly jelqing. Search for the term if you are unfamiliar with it.

Variations of compression clamps and noose style hangers have been around for a long long time. They all have one thing in common. They cut off blood circulation. I can’t speak for others, but I don’t find it to be a “normal” practice to cut off blood flow to any extremity, unless you want to stop bleeding from an injury.

Since my hanger consists of a few cloths to wrap, a long string, a cushion pad and whatever I can tie to the string, I can take my hanger anywhere and use it whenever I feel it’s possible.

I’m holding 13+ pounds with this setup without a problem. Not the recommended hanger, but hey, customs won’t notice shit, no embarrasing moments from dropping those pieces out the luggage accidentally, and it does the job.

I have progress hanging with sock I need to communicate with people here I’m an egyptian and I don’t know anyone near to me peing even doctors of my friends don’t beleive or even know about PE I want to buy hanger or create one because I can’t hang more than 15lbs and no one in my country sell this product I want to continue with hanging device any idea or help will much appreciated

You are in luck! Do a search on “DIY hanger” (Do It Yourself) and you will get some hits. Also try “DIY extender”. You can also make our own pump tube. Back in the early days there was very little commercially-made equipment out there, and most of it was very low quality, so serious PE’ers made their own.

A few of the large gainers on the forum have not used any equipment at all; just their hands and stretching or jelquing.
