Tomorrow is my 33 day since i started PE.
A month and 3 days.
Tomorrow is my 4th day rest.
Gonna continue my workouts on tuesday.
Honestly i’ve been getting erections and semi erections almost every time especially today a morning wood.
I get now and then erections out of nowhere.
I believe that resting is the key rather than exercising intensely for a whole week without enough rest.
Maybe because i’m resting more than i do my workouts my unit is healing more and erections are coming out of nowhere.
My current routine is as follows:
2 min hot towel wrap along with lamp
10 stretches
3 min hot towel wrap along with lamp
20 mins warming up through a combination of hot towel wrap and lamp
10 mins streching
10 mins jelqing(7 second
very slow jelq)
5 mins hot wrap hot towel along with lamp.
15 mins warming down again a combination of hot towel wrap and lamp.
Hope this is good a little addition to the newbie routine.
Hope it’ not intense but light routine.
