Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

From soft erection to Rock and hard EQ hidden secret

Great Thread Id like to re-open after several years.
Stuff I’ve had great success with, tested one by one.

1) L- Arginine or AAKG (did as much as 10grams/day for 245lbs male)
- precursor of nitric oxide, induces peripheral vasolidation

2) L-Citrulline (as much as 10grams/day for 245lbs male)
- citrulline-based ingredients appear to be more effective than arginine-based ingredients for modulating vasodilation and blood flow

3) Ginger powder (200mg/day)
- improves blood flow, reduces oxidative stress

4) Beetroot powder (1g/day)
- provides nitrate, which can be converted into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide can induce vasodilation (expansion of blood vessels)

5) Cialis/tadalafil, obviously (5mg/day seems to make everything steady, no highs and lows as with 20mg dosage once in several days)
- PDE5 inhibitor. Tons of information here at Thunders about Cialis.

Healthy diet, healthy cardio vascular system and any 2 out of this 5 supps and your sexual partner will be thinking you are stabbing them with steel.

Do it brother, I know you workout and combo of 10g L-citrulline with Beetroot powder (or pure beetroot juice) alone 40mins before your training session will give you skin-splitting pumps.
I get roadmap veins in the gym so full its almost disgusting.

Its WIN/WIN situation for us fitness enthusiasts.
Mind blowing pumps and rock hard EQ.

Cool supplement, easy to make, feels like it’s working pretty fast. Thanks for posting

Ok I’ll give this a crack. Just tried a heaped teaspoon of minced ginger with half a teaspoon of cayanne pepper powder in a bit of apple juice. Tastes great haha. Gonna sit out on the yohimbine as I’m already prone to high blood pressure and don’t like the sound of some of the other side effects.

Already take AAKG, arginine, citrulline, and zinc

Thanks for letting me know about the yohimbine! I’ve got blood pressure issues myself, unfortunately. Gettin old sucks.

Do you know if any other PE related supplements that are not good for blood pressure.

It’s prescription, but low-dose Taladafil lowered my blood pressure from 115-ish to 100-ish. It was 98/56 this morning.

Lowering blood pressure is a documented side effect, but doctors are trained to prescribe specific blood pressure meds for that. Generally, you can just tell the doc you’re having a little problem getting wood, and ask for it. If the doc doesn’t want to, if you’re over 50 you probably have at least a small amount of "Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia", or a swollen prostate. Taladafil is specifically recommended for that purpose. But you’ll probably have to put up with a "digital prostate exam" first.

Nah everything else I’ve looked into is either benign or lowers blood pressure.

I’m also not a great sleeper and it apparently can cause insomnia

Thanks for the advice Andy.
I’m actually going for my yearly check up this Friday. He does give me a yearly prescription for better erections. 20mg for sex. (20 mg Tadafil) I’ll suggest the daily 5mg Tadafil. I would assume he wouldn’t have a problem with it. The two medications he’s prescribed me have helped, but my pressures certainly aren’t where they should be.

My idea for stuff like that is to take the minimum dose possible. My doc suggested 10mg to start with, "as needed." I found that one of those, twice a week, was sufficient for general EQ. However, I’ll ask for 2.5 or 5mg for the next refill, now that I have experience with how the stuff works.

You can always take two or three small ones to equal one large one. My doc agrees with my "minimum dose" idea, and we’ve titrated other meds, like for pain or blood pressure, the same way. Most docs won’t have any problem writing a precription for 60 5mg instead of 30 10mg, or whatever.

Taladafil tablets are coated with an oxygen barrier and will degrade if cut, according to the manufacturers. So it’s better to use two small tablets than cutting a big one in half.

Ok I’m not sure this really does anything. Or maybe I’m already getting max benefit from the arginine etc I’m already taking? Or maybe my eq is just good already anyway.

Tastes good and wakes you up tho so might stick at it regardless. Ginger does have a lot of other benefits
