3 month report and injury

Hello everyone,

For the last three months I’ve been mainly on the following routine:
- 5 minutes warm up with hot sock
- Initially 10 minutes of wet jelqing, after some time increased time to 15 minutes
- 3 series of stretches up/down/left/right/front each for 30 seconds with light kegels, helicopter shakes between stretches; sometimes I’ve been adding V stretches
- For the last month edging for 10 minutes
- Warm down 5 minutes

I was sick for a week and couldn’t do any PE so that was my only break throughout that 3 months.
At start I was doing 2 days on/1 day off. After seeing that I stopped gaining I’ve been trying other ways such as 3 on/1 off, 5 on/2 off.

Gains:
1cm in length, 0,5cm in girth. Seems that I am a hard gainer with 6 o’clock LOT. Penis is very vainy right now. Nevertheless I am still happy with results and want to continue PE, but I can’t!

I have a lymphocele. It happened after doing jelq for third straight day and taking AAKG. It wasn’t that bad, but I thought that I can still do some careful stretches with it, but after doing up stretch it became dark as hell. It is still there after 2 weeks of doing nothing related to PE. It doesn’t change its size, regardless being flaccid/erected. It hurt at the beginning but now it isn’t.

I’ve been really thinking about popping it, but I read on forum that it’s not a great idea. Anyone was successful with healing this thing up?

I am no expert, but I googled penile lymphocele and it said one method was to apply pressure to the lymphocele to push the fluid back into your body where it will be reabsorbed. You should see an immediate size reduction, but then the question will be if it reoccurs or not. Don’t try to pop it or externally drain it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I was able to massage it to the point where it basically disappeared for a while, but after some time it was there again. It didn’t change its size, though. I think that healing would be faster if I haven’t done any exercises after having this injury. So everyone who’s reading this - please be careful with your member :)

It doesn’t seem like it would disappear in a near future. Next week I’m going to see an urologist. It makes me pretty sad that I can’t do anything with it

I would stop PE and massage it regularly and forcefully, like once a day or so, until it disappears.

Now: 8.5" BPEL, (9" BPFSL), 6" MSEG

Goal: 9.0" BPEL, 8.5" NBPEL, 6.5" MSEG
