Advice For Strange PIs

Hi everyone,
I’ve never had any injury in 8 months of PE but since last week my penis has strange symptoms.

My morning wood (which I didn’t have before PE) is less frequent, and also the duration of my erection is not as good as it used to be.
Symptoms started last week so I decided to stop four days ‘til Monday. That day symptoms were pretty much gone so I did my routine. Yesterday everything was really ok, good morning wood and rock hard erection, so I worked out again (usually I do 2 on 1 off). Today again no morning wood and not good lasting erection (I know it’s my off day, but I wanted to train as tomorrow i wont be able to).

Note that from yesterday I started to stretch with the same grip used in the video section here on Thunder’s. I’ve always used the glans grip (because I have a lot of foreskin) until yesterday when I figured out how to apply the “basic grip”.

Also I’m pretty much stressed at the moment, but I’ve been also in other moments since I started PE and never affected my penis.

Would like to have an opinion about the situation and what is recommended to do in this case.

Sounds like the classic over training. Back off just a bit on the time/intensity.

I thought the same, even if I didn’t change the routine in the last month 😐.

I won’t train for a couple days then step back in intensity of jelqing. If nothing changes I’ll step back time of streching too, maybe the change of grip has it’s role in overtraining?
