Supposedly. Chuck Norris in an interview said the Lee worked out 5-6 hours a day. Although Lee had some incredible abs, his BF% was probably in the mid 3’s. Incredibly lean. Zapping yourself with enough juice is not the same as exercise. All musles are designed for a simple contraction. It’s the break down of tissue under load that causes muscles to grow. Long term contractions MAY help endurance, but I’m not sure. You said you want to use it to find your BC, if you don’t know where it is, you can’t place the electrodes correctly. The electrodes don’t know where it is, either. They just zap whatever they are hooked to. You’d be much better served by taking a piss, and stopping. That’s your BC. I don’t know how it could be any simpler.
Since this is a muscle you’re not used to contracting very much, it’s gonna take some “practice” contracting it to really get control. I’m not saying a TENS won’t help you, but I kinda detect that you’re expectations are along the lines of the people who bought it for abs, thinking they could veg all day and get great abs. Most people probably have a nice set of abs, that are completely covered by 10 lbs. of fat. You can do all the situps and crunches with every variety of sit-up/crunch machine you want, till you loose the fat, you won’t see ‘em. Loosing fat is systemic…you can’t “make” it come off in certain areas.
