I’ve also heard that things like this are used for physical therapy so I’m not sold that it is snake oil, anymore than PE is, I know it doesn’t replace excersizing but maybe it could help? I know I for one have tried to figure out where my BC is and haven’t yet. so if I could stimulate it and figure out where it is I’d be happy.

Supposedly. Chuck Norris in an interview said the Lee worked out 5-6 hours a day. Although Lee had some incredible abs, his BF% was probably in the mid 3’s. Incredibly lean. Zapping yourself with enough juice is not the same as exercise. All musles are designed for a simple contraction. It’s the break down of tissue under load that causes muscles to grow. Long term contractions MAY help endurance, but I’m not sure. You said you want to use it to find your BC, if you don’t know where it is, you can’t place the electrodes correctly. The electrodes don’t know where it is, either. They just zap whatever they are hooked to. You’d be much better served by taking a piss, and stopping. That’s your BC. I don’t know how it could be any simpler.

Since this is a muscle you’re not used to contracting very much, it’s gonna take some “practice” contracting it to really get control. I’m not saying a TENS won’t help you, but I kinda detect that you’re expectations are along the lines of the people who bought it for abs, thinking they could veg all day and get great abs. Most people probably have a nice set of abs, that are completely covered by 10 lbs. of fat. You can do all the situps and crunches with every variety of sit-up/crunch machine you want, till you loose the fat, you won’t see ‘em. Loosing fat is systemic…you can’t “make” it come off in certain areas.

Nope not at all, I think it may help me but I don’t see it as the complete solution to the problem.

And my sixpack is not covered by 10lbs of fat… maybe 2-5 :) and that just makes me cuddly.

Electro-stim of PC

OK, I understand about the pad placement for PC exercise, one forward of the anus where the PC is. The other at the topside of the penis where it emerges from the body.
Is there another place where another set of pads could be placed while hanging that would be benifical while hanging? My TENS unit has two sets of outlets with two seperate adjustment knobs. I hang BTC or SD.

Well I finally got a TENS device and after last nights first session I can say….”WOW!!!” That was an interesting feeeling and I can feel how much more pumped it feels. I am going to use it for a few weeks to see IF I get any results…I will post again in the future. Off to “plug in”.

You never reported back. This was years ago.

Did you notice improvement from the TENS device?

I’m resurrecting this thread.

My Wife recently bought a TENS unit. I will try it at some point. I have used TENS in other muscles many years ago.


Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”
