This link just shows the current length and girth surgeries on offer. I am just looking at girth surgeries as there are no viable length surgeries that increase the erect length of the penis.

With girth surgeries I am looking at two (on the site effectiveness increases with cost and surgery invasiveness):

Fat Injection: Quite ineffective but if done enough times is effective, costs US $1000 each time, not very invasive, girth gains of around 0.2-0.3 inches in width. Well established

Saphenous Vein Grafts: Effective, invasive surgery, costs US $6,000 each time. One case study of 0.4-0.6 inches width gain. Not well established, two surgeons have done it, in Egypt and Milan, Italy.

Between these two surgeries who has had a saphenous vein grafts?

I think the only surgery to make your dick look bigger is liposuction to reduce your fatpad, stomach and your ass. As we have seen in porn movies, slim and narrow guys look like they have bigger dicks. I personally wouldn’t consider any type of penis surgery. To each their own though.

I find it interesting how guys say that when they do the suspensory ligament surgery you have to hang after surgery to see the results. Is this correct and why not hang to see results before contemplating surgery as Ironaddict says?

From what I have read, the vein surgery will provide a LOT more size than that, and length also. They take BIG veins from your legs so you have like 60% more blood flow to the penis or something? Guys were growing pretty substantially from it. I seriously would shy away from girth surgeries, and you are wrong about the length surgery not working.

Yes, looking for the cheapest surgery worldwide is definitely something I would do when cutting my dick open is in question. :rolleyes:

Hey Jack, are you still considering this route? I thought you were going to give it some thought & rest. I sincerely hope that it is not the case, since no one with a length 7" or longer, and a girth 6" or thicker should ever ever ever take a knife and/or needle to their dicks for the purposes of enlargement. Not at least until a viable, studied, and medically-accepted method becomes available (and even then, I’d personally argue against it for men who already possess larger than average units).

And there is nothing wrong with looking for a "good value," but please don’t ever use "cheap costs" as a criteria for looking up something that has the kind of past that penis surgery has.

PE surgery, to me, is nonsense. First they snip you down there, then they tell you to do what? Manual stretch and exercise and use extenders which is what all of us doing already. The latter is where the gains come from. Why bother with an expensive cut that will do nothing compared to regular ol PE

Yeah, same problem with the breast augmentation and other surgeries. I can always tell and it’s a little yucky.
