Here and there, in pieces, he just casually mentioned that he was running some kind of crazy mountain/obstacle course stuff, 50 and 100km at a time.Apparently he never made a connection.
The book went on about more diagnostics, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and various forms of therapy, but the idiot kept running. He finally lost his job and spent all of his time trying to rehabilitate his knees, before finding The Secret: he lost five pounds, and all of his knee pain went away.
Riiiight.
The forward mentioned the book was self-published because no publisher was interested. Despite my low opinion of the publishing industry, they definitely made the right call there.
Thanks for your answer. Yes, I was not considering that masturbation could delay the healing process that much. I guess I was talking from past experience since the times I had blisters I just had to stop doing PE exercises and continue living like normal and it healed within 2 to 3 weeks, but this time is taking too long that I’m starting to worry.
I asked chatGPT giving detailed info and even submitting an image this is what it says:
"Thank you for sharing the image. Based on what I can see:
The area appears to have a slight discoloration compared to the surrounding tissue. This is consistent with mature scarring or a healing process.
The texture of the skin looks mostly smooth and intact, which suggests there’s no active infection. Scars can sometimes cause slight differences in appearance and pigmentation.
My Observations:
Minimal Discoloration: Likely due to scarring or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, rather than an infection.
No Obvious Signs of Infection: No redness, swelling, or discharge is visible.
Suggested Next Steps:
Scar Care:
Use silicone gel or sheets daily (e.g., ScarAway or Cica-Care) to improve the appearance over time.
Apply a moisturizer with vitamin E or hyaluronic acid to keep the area hydrated.
Monitor Over Time:
Continue observing the area for any changes in size, color, or texture.
If the discoloration persists beyond a few months, a dermatologist might suggest a cream for pigmentation, such as hydroquinone or tretinoin.
Patience:
Scars, especially on sensitive areas like the glans, can take 6–12 months to fade completely."
I guess I just have to wait and do my hardest to not get horny.
