Whats your BPEL and EG? I never used stretching as part of my routine until I have come back very recently. Its a consensus that its best to get length then shoot for girth so I’ve done it a bit backwards. Yesterday I found a manual stretch that is very easy to hold onto but is advanced, id really suggest doing alot of jelqing with 2-3 days off a week to get conditioned first, but ill mention the stretch anyway (I can’t stress enough be very careful)

Put your thumb horizontal (overhand) underneath the head and your pointer finger directly behind on the underside of the head getting a good hold. Then, turn your whole hand 180 degrees so that the knuckles of your fingers face your body. Now you can rock your hand toward your belly button using your wrist strength to stretch. *This stretch should be done lying down* -repeat with opposite hand for equal time-

WARNING! Twisted stretches or twisting in general can put large forces on your tunica and can result in tears of tissue and could also rupture blood vessels.

Remember, its better to have an average dick that works than one that doesn’t. If your EQ drops, take a break until it returns

My bpel is 6.50” and eg is 4.75”. I kinda already take two days off. I am doing the newbie newbie routine. I have one month under my belt. My dick isn’t somewhat conditioned already. I finally woke up with morning wood wood today. What do twisted stretches target just length or girth also?

I’ll just chime in here Agnos, it is important to warm up thoroughly, not just with a hot wet cloth or a rice sock, but with stretches or jelqs. I find the first fifty jelqs should be from 10% intensity gradually up to 90% intensity, this will help to lessen the red dots and burst capillaries in the skin. Try jelqing first then warm again with the wet, hot cloth this will facilitate a clean up if you use a water based lube, then move on to stretches after that. This way you make sure the tissue is not only warmed up in a heat manner but eased into its maximum stretching, this tissue includes the tissue in the veins (capillaries) that you are bursting from pressure while stretching.

I am a firm believer that you have to rest your unit and let it repair and then continue PE with a fresh healthy unit. I know what I am posting, it absolutely worked for me.

The blisters is how I found my niche in gaining. Too much can make your unit to go into the plateau stage. That can take months to come out of. I have
learned that your cock acts like a child, if you abuse it, it will go into a phase where nothing will happen except for injury. The human body needs time to repair and
during that time, cells fill in the gaps from the workouts in your penis. Guys, this is so simple. Too much exercising without a good break will be too much.

I would just continue with jelqing for now. Only try that twisted stretch in another month or 2. You should be able to kegel-jelq and horse440 squeeze without red spots before you continue onto anything advanced. I think twisted stretches place alot of pressure on the tunica so to break girth plateaus but being a stretch also lengthens the ligs, I’m not an experienced PE’er with anatomy knowledge though so I’m not certain on this.

TNT, I gather you are saying here that a higher force stretch over a shorter period is better than a less intense stretch over a longer period. Have I got that right.

I now use a slider extender with a DIY Velcro strap and find I can apply a great deal of tension (ie stretch) without slipping or initial pain. The only thing I notice is that I cannot stretch for as long before it starts hurting a bit (usually after about 30 mins) whereas at a lower tension I can normally go 1 hr. With the LeLuv slider extender I am applying Rootsnatty’s stress relaxation approach whereby I stretch then wait 5 mins or so and then stretch a bit more to allow for the initial relaxation that occurs.

Do you think this higrt force for shorter approach is good for extenders as well as hand stretching or hanging?

I also jelq after each stretch and do dynamic pumping at a different time of day.

My routine only last 2 -3 hours thats with breaks in between. All together I would say it last about 1 hour if I did not stop at all.

This makes sense I will try jelqing first just to warm up.

I need stretches too much. My length is pretty bsd. If I keep injuring myself I will consider just jelqing for for awhile.
