Blood In Urine but Slightly Different

OK, so I read the other treads about blood in urine just to see if making this tread was necessary. It seems my case is a little different from what I read.

So about a month and a half ago or two months ago I had blood in my urine one time and a big blood clot came out too.
The blood clot was like jelly, however there was no pain throughout this whole experience.
So I did some research online and went to the health center at my university. By the way I’m 24 years old and obviously a male and not sexually active.
I read bladder infections in males are extremely rare, and the thought of me having prostate or bladder cancer at the age of 24 strikes me as odd.

However, the next time I went to the bathroom my urine was clear, and was tested with no blood.
They also tested me for STDs even though I told them I’m not sexually active and I was cleared. (Not sure why they thought I’d lie about that one)
I planned on going to a urologist but due to me graduating this year things got hectic and I haven’t had the chance yet; I’m going next week though.

So fastfoward to this morning, I decided I haven’t done any PE in a long long time and maybe I should, so I decided to clamp. (Been clamping for a few years now)
Everything felt fine & I was good, until afterwards when I went to the bathroom and yet again blood in my urine followed by a huge blood clot that was like jelly, and no pain)
My mother is a doctor so I told her about it and she made me pee in a cup (this is the piss I took directly after the one with blood).
She did the (urine test strip) test and once again ZERO red blood cells. She did say there were a few white blood cells though.

Now to be honest, the initial time this happened I can’t remember if I was PEing before it happened, but it’s possible.

Then later in the day I wanted to jerk off so I did, but I let it take longer than usual and let my dick get engorged with blood (I guess my lazy way of ballooning or edging).
I also did a few jelqs just because. When I went to the bathroom to urinate again, blood was in my urine but with a significantly smaller blood clot this time.

So here is my hypothesis:
I injured myself and have a cut inside my penis around the base area. When I PE, I open the wound and it bleeds out and clots to heal.
The excess blood that bled out backtracks to the bladder where it clots, and sits in my warm urine slowly dissolving.

In my mind it’s the only logical explanation, or I have cut in my bladder and it’s just coincidence that this happened again when I decided to PE.

Either way, I was just wondering what other members thought of this and if anyone has had a similar experience please let me know.

I don’t think so since kidney stones would cause a lot of pain. My experiences were painless. Also I would probably see some fragments of a stone in my urine, which I have not.

Blood in the urine can be a sign — sometimes the only sign at first — of a urinary tract infection. It can result from microscopic bleeding within the kidneys, or from an abscess if the infection is far advanced. Blood can also appear in urine from a bleed anywhere between the kidneys and the urinary meatus (the end of the urethra, from where the urine emerges); in particular, cystitis can result in bleeding inside the bladder, which will certainly leave blood in the urine — whether as blood-tinging, blood clots in the urine, or something in between. When we ask patients what part of the urine stream the blood appears in, we are trying to figure out where the blood is entering the urine: for example, blood that appears just as you start to urinate and clears up as the flow continues indicates that the bleeding is in the urethra, where it accumulates until you urinate and is then flushed out by the flowing urine. On the other hand, blood that is uniformly mixed with the urine is likely coming from the kidneys, the ureters, or the bladder.

Anyway, guessing this way is a mere torture. I don’t think it’s a cancer anywhere, if this can help a bit. :)

Yes this does help a little thank you. It’s extremely rare for a man to have a urinary tract infection from what I hear but maybe I do. I guess we’ll see what the doctor says, but it’s good that I read that so I can understand whats going on in the doc’s mind as he asks me questions. Thanks again.

Since the first episode, 1 month ago, you’ve done PE? Maybe edging/ballooning?

Since the very first episode I haven’t done any PE until now. It’s been a good 2 months I think.

My hypothesis was confirmed today. So just wanted to share that experience since it seemed to be slightly different from what I read on the forum.

I officially injured myself clamping and ruptured one of my blood vessels near the base of my urethra and it bled into my bladder.

Lucky for me that is maybe the best case scenario when it comes to pissing blood because that means I just need to take it easy, take some stuff to strengthen my blood vessels and start up slow again with the newbie routine and not just jump back into my heavy PEing habits.

The fact that I don’t piss blood afterwards means it’s healed but I’m still gonna take a while off and take a few supplements to make sure I’m 100% before I attempt even the basics of PE again.

Now, avoid repeating the same mistake, because vessels repeatedly broken tends to become weaker.

Had the same exact thing happen to me this morning. Needless to say it scared the heck out of me. I guess I over did it, now that I’ve gone back to regular clamping.

Giving up clamping permanently seems to be the best remedy.

Don’t strain your penis for a while. So no masterbbating, if you can for a while..

I’m giving my routine a break for a while. No need to rush. I was surprised it happened. It wasn’t a pretty sight.
