Blue Swollen Skin after hanging

Im hanging for a few years now (no results but I kept my length and that’s the most important thing) but my skin keeps swelling up and becomes blue. Now that I increased the weight its even worse. the blue skin instantly recovers after I take off the vacuum hanger and my tape. The thickness recovers after a few minutes.

What am I doing wrong? Is this bad or can i just ignore it? I hang around 14 days in 4 months so its not like im overdoing this.

That’s because of too much blood/Vacuum. Need to fix the technique and start slow.

Blue/red = too much blood vacuum
White = loss of oxygen

If it turns bluish and then returns to normal color after a few minutes it is nothing to worry about. It’s just stagnant venous blood at the superficial part of the skin. You can ignore it.

If it stays blue then it’s a bruise.
