Can't maintain erection anymore after a week of PE

I’ve already posted this in the Italian forum, but I’ve received very few and generic answers.
I started PE on January 11th, with the following routine:
- MON / TUE / THU / FRI: 5 min. Warmup + 10x30’ stretches (all directions) + 100x3’ dry jelqs (flaccid).
- WED / SAT / SUN: off.
This is what happened: after the first week (January 18th) I noticed my penis getting smaller (turtling effect), cold, opaque and felt like the base was disconnected from the rest of the body. I almost had no sensibility at all. I could get weak erections, but as soon as I went to masturbate, it was back to the flaccid state. Of course I immediately stopped doing PE.
After a few days rest (January 21th), sensibility was back and it looked a little better (not cold or opaque anymore) and I also had better erections (like at 60-70%), but, again, as soon as I went to masturbate, it was back to the flaccid state. I eventually managed to cum by rubbing it but it looks like ejaculating worsened my erections even more. Right now I’m having very weak erections (like 30%) and turtling effect, but all other problems are gone (it still feels slightly disconnected from the base, but VERY slightly, so there’s an improvement).
Now, I’m sure I overdid it, but what should I do now? How much should I wait before I heal? Will it get back to normal?
