What’s interesting is it seems this pains comes from mostly the “inner penis”, that goes what I feel about 7 inches into my body. The area is between the legs when you stand up, and it’s the part that causes most pain. Also, I was kegeling last night with a self-induced erection and felt something “blow” in my penis, although it turned out to have apparent effect. Scary stuff.

Why not increase the total fluid to 1ml? With the double amount of bacteriostatic water you’ll decrease the acidity of your active ingredients in total fluid, hence less concentration, therefore I conclude less pain.

Here’s the experience Rzilla had when injecting not enough fluid:

Ah, great idea. I will implement this change tomorrow.

No pain last night. Injected a small amount (less than 0.5 mcg, no way it was over) and had an amazingly long erection. No pain was reported! I injected way more sodium bicarbonate along with 1 ml of fluid rather than the usual 1/2 ml. Oh yeah! Register, are you able to try this out as well?

Do you mix the baking soda with Bacteriostatic water prior to injecting?

<------- You likey?

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?

Yeah, although I had pain last night, did not have much bacteriostatic water due to the baking soda not dissolving in the water, thus plugging up the syringe. I got pain about 30 minutes into the erection.

This means either: 1. Sodium Bicarbonate doesn’t help. 2. Your workout intensity determines amount of pain

My session where I had no pain I did only 1 x 10 pumping and 1 x 5 air clamping.
I normally do 5 x 10 and 2 x 5.

Recent experiences have made me call into question the efficacy of sodium bicarbonate in reducing pain in PGE1 erections. Two injections ago, I did develop pain around the 30 minutes mark this time, rather fast compared with any non-sodium bicarbonate injection I had ever done. I only injected about 20 tics worth of the bacteriostatic water mixed with sodium bicarbonate, with the other roughly 80 being straight bacteriostatic water, as I had an error with clumps of sodium bicarbonate not dissolving, causing a blockage of the needle in the syringe which I wasted.

I’d like to get my hands on some saline for injection to use as a medium rather than ethanol, which according to Doubleweener, leaves a much lower pH than does mixing with saline.

I would also like to add that the injection in which I had a 4+ hour erection with no pain, I only did 1 x 10 pumping with 1 x 5 air clamp, when I normally do 5 x 10 pumping and 2 x 5 air clamp. Perhaps the harder you work out the more pain you feel?

10inch,

Any updates on the sodium bicarbonate or saline? Have you used the sodium bicarbonate again and have you totally ruled it out at this point?

I’m considering getting some Caverject, but am looking for a proven pain-reducing solution.

Thanks!

The best I’ve gotten out of sodium bicarbonate is a delay in the pain. I’m guessing it worked well in the medical trials, as they only shoot for 30 minute erections, which I don’t feel pain during either. Around the two hour mark it’s guaranteed it’s going to start being painful, at least for me. I’m looking to get a hold of some saline. All I see are for animals, but I’m just thinking of punching the pouch, extracting it, then putting tape on the hole I punctured (kind of like CapriSun).

Bacteriostatic Water

Hi,

I have an online source for BA water.

Since this does not require a prescription, I was wondering if this can be purchased in a supply store or pharmacy chain in the United States.

Has anyone done this?

Every place I went to said I needed to have a prescription to get it. I found one site online selling it by the ml, as I don’t need a shitload (like 1 L). Could you PM me the site please? I’m also looking for Acetic Acid and Saline.

Wow! That’s surprising that a prescription is needed. Thanks for that information!

I just completed my order online. Your PM was sent.

I should not have said BA Water. I should have said bacteriostatic water, which happens to have 0.9% benzyl alcohol (BA) added.

It appears that the sodium bicarbonate reacts rather quickly, and then looses it’s neutralizing effect.
Do you know by instance what’s in those trimix / quad-mix preparations? Maybe some of the additional ingredients are more suitable for a longer lasting pain relieve.

Trimix and Quadmix Ingredients

DW,

I’m not certain as to "all" of the ingredients in the trimix and the quadmix.

Trimix is composed of the following three:
phentolamine, papaverine, and prostaglandin E1

Quadmix is composed of the following four:
phentolamine, papaverine, prostaglandin E1 and atropine

According to this article the reason for adding the other ingredients to PGE-1 is for pain. We knew this already…but it seems to imply that there are no "other" ingredients but those listed above.

For some reason the above link works only when redirecting from Google using the search terms "trimix prostaglandin". It is the link named Intracavernosol Injection Algorithm

I have noticed that not doing any girth work on the day of injection leads to no pain during my erection. I have recently had a “scare” in my life and have psychological ED (probably will for another week or two), and could not do any girth work today, like yesterday. I injected PGE1 with IGF1-LR3 and 100 ml of bacteriostatic water, having no problems with pain yesterday or today (yet). I’ll let you guys know how it goes.

Possibly it’d be better to do everyday injections with IGF1-LR3 and PGE1 separated EOD, so you’d work girth + length one day and just length the other.
