Dorsal vein is white after pumping

All I am doing is pumping for two 20 minute sets per day and I am very well conditioned. This vein has always given me problems and was so tight for a long time that sex was actually painful. I feel no bumps, pain or anything out of the ordinary. My penis is a little discolored from the pumping but that is ok by me. I can also still feel the vein under the skin so it is not 100% deflated.

The only pain I feel is at the very base of my penis although I am 95% sure this is just from cylinder pressure pushing on that area and squeezing the base with the fitting.

Any ideas what this could be? Is this even an injury or is it just that the skin on top of the dorsal vein is not discolored because it presses on the cylinder? I really don’t know which it is but it could be nothing.

There are two places on mine where I’ll get raised lymph vessels right before edema sets in. One is pretty close to the dorsal vein. Could that be it?
