Dr Jethon Penis Enlargement Surgery Review

This surgery claims to:
Increase in penis length by 3 – 6 cm
Increase in penis girth by 2 – 3 cm

Dr Jethon explained the following:
1. He removes the ligaments, but re-attaches them, therefore making his surgery different to the standard ligament removal.
2. There is sometimes scarring (as they make an incision in the public area) but this can be treated using steroid injections which soften the scar.

After examining me in person, he confirmed there would be no issues with the surgery and I was a very suitable candidate.

I had the surgery in 2018. He measured my penis before and provided an estimate of the gain prior to surgery.
I went for both the length and girth enhancement.
I had previously tried penis fillers with Dr Horn, but none of the filler remained (or the filler was fake, please see my other post) so through this was the only way to get my penis thicker.
Post surgery, he wrote on the paperwork the result (in cm) was a +3cm gain in length.
He provided the PeniMaster Pro device also to use 1 hour per day to prevent retraction.

Post surgery I was in a fair amount of pain but felt it was worth it. It was at least 2 weeks of bed rest and not much walking before things settled.
The penis was hanging longer and thicker for sure. It took a while getting used to the new size to be honest but within a few weeks I was using it myself, and then with partners.
Once the swelling was down and I got hard, it was indeed 2.5cm longer BPEL erect (probably 3cm actually as I was trying to measure and take pic and remain erect lol) and I have a photo of this also for comparison to before.

As time passed though, the penis was retracting back and I was concerned. Dr Jethon explained that I have scarring which is forming inside, which is holding the penis back. I need to come to him for injections to soften the scar (he did these free of charge). I went twice for these injections and continued the stretching. The scar has gone away and it doesn’t even look like I’ve had surgery. But unfortunately, my penis still returned to the old size it was pre-surgery and has remained that since. I also had an MRI to see if there was more scarring or how deep it was, but it was difficult to see.

I faced a similar issue with the girth. I was above 6 inches post surgery (after the inflammation settled), and as time has passed, I have returned to my old girth pre-surgery. I don’t have a particular high metabolism so this was disappointing to be honest. Still, my girth is above 5 inches naturally, so I can’t complain.

Dr Jethon is now offering another surgery to remove the scar inside holding the penis back. He says it is deep inside so the injections may not be working effectively. I have to pay another 1500 EUR for this. He claims there is no guarantee this will fix the problem, but says to me that my case of scarring is rare (happens to maybe 1 patient in every 100 he sees) and surgery is the only way he can see what the issue is given we have tried steroid injections 3 times now.
He is open to adding the fat back, but I don’t think I will go for this, as the fat felt soft and I didn’t really like it much, so in a way it was good it was absorbed.

There is a risk that there is no scar and no result from the new operation, but he said it is unlikely given he has seen the additional length I can get. I was also then told that no surgery is ‘guaranteed’ therefore money back is not an option.

I am tempted to do the additional surgery if it fixes the length issue (as my girth is fine tbh), but thinking at this point it may be best to just leave it alone.

Are you saying I was scammed?
I did get the result in erect length, it just didn’t last. Scarring makes sense. I cannot think of another explanation either.

There is no such thing as a surgery without scarring.Human tissue doesn’t react well to sharp objects. Scammed; maybe. Was it worth the pain and the money spent? Not for me it wouldn’t be.

Yeah I see what you mean. I just thought there was a solution to the scarring through the injections and hoped they worked.
I think it was a lot more pain than the money spent, hence posted up a review, as someone considering if may benefit from hearing my story also.
I was naive and just thought it would be simple.

How much did you pay for the first surgery?

I really can’t believe you are considering going back for more. For a first surgery failure, you are lucky it didn’t result in significant physical and functional damage.

It was about 9k euroes if I remember correctly.
The surgery is not on my penis. It is to remove the scarring.

I’d quit while you’re ahead, any surgery to remove scar tissue has the potential to create more.

Ok. Just focusing on PeniMaster really. Hopefully that helps me get my results back.

If you want length I recommend you look into hanging.

This is the problem with ALL cosmetic surguries… the scar tissue and that the body will return to its natural shape-size.

I had a similar situation with my nose. Post surgery breathing was really good and open then after a few weeks results dissipated. I got a certain addiction to surgery - surgery is extreme as it gets, so you think drastic measures will get quick drastic results. I had several follow up surgeries and it isn’t good man - he did something to a nerve that caused chaos with my sneezing reflex - he had no idea what was going on with that and was a very experienced guy. Luckily I found cromolyn spray and that stopped the bizarre sneezing issues. Quit while you are still good. Sometimes they end up outright experimenting on you.

A lot of cosmetic doctors are just there for the money - they sprout 95% success rate and it isn’t really properly quantified but just marketing bs. He might even base his 3cm length increase based on initial results like that you had. I understand your disappointment but given your tool still works listen to the guys here, look at it as an opportunity that you have learnt from and do this gym work done here. Good Luck.

I did look into this but the device just doesn’t stay on my penis. PeniMaster was the first device that stays on! haha
I’m only looking for like 1 inch length. Nothing crazy.

Ye what was demotivating is seeing the erect length increased well post surgery and then it going back to how it was. Knowing what length it can be and what it is now shook me a bit. But all I can do is try natural methods now really. Just wanted to post the thread as I think there is a lot unsaid prior to surgery and this may help someone considering it consider all aspects before diving in. If I had known this would have happened, I don’t think I would have gone through it.
