Giant ingrown Underneath Penis

So I have this ingrown hair from shaving that has gotten HUGE underneath my penis.. normally my ingrowns grow out themselves.. I neef help to get this one out, it literally looks like a giant pimple and it’s starting to bother me. Any ideas?

For some reason I thought you meant your penis was massive but ingrown, I was going to say, need some pics of that. Or not…

I’d say let it run it’s course, or get it surgically fixed (don’t do the surgery yourself though)

Had quite a few inflamated ingrown hairs on the shaft of my penis and pretty much all of them was the size of a peanut.

For each situation, I went to an Urologist. Some prescribed antibiotic pills while others just antibiotic ointment.

To tell you the truth, I always get them out from underneath the skin by using a sterilized sewing needle. Then treat with antibiotic ointment like Neosporin.
