Hard Flaccid Slight Pain

Seems like every time I use a superman (viagra/cialis combo) 12.5mg of each because I take a half of pill. I have sex and after my dick gets small and hard (hard flaccid) the veins also stick out slightly more and ache/hurt. I don’t need the superman so I’m going to discontinue use. What’s the hard Flaccid caused by tho? Damage?
