Hello guys it seems I have for the first time become injured from hanging .

the last time i hung was on sunday nov 20th , 2022.

the glans of my penis is completely numb .,

the rest of the penis I have sensation feeling i can feel my balls.

I can also feel the tip of my penis but the glans I can’t .

Not trying to freak out but i really do need some help , I am going to call a URLOGIST tommorow.

I responded to your PM, but I want to respond here, too. I experienced numbness on the glans after improperly hanging with a noose-style attachment. I also used excessively heavy weights. I stopped hanging. Sensation took a long time to return—about two months. I can’t tell you if you need to go to a urologist or not. But I can say that I did not go and that the problem eventually went away on its own.

I don’t think hanging is safe. I would never recommend it when you can use extenders or ADS, to be sincere.

If I were you, I’d stop hanging and start using an ADS.

It was totally my fault , Hanging has nothing to do with my injury. I am the one who fucked up and hung my last hanging session with my glans sorta filled.

I basically crushed my glans and may have caused nerve damage , ..

I am hopeful I will heal .

I respect whoever wants to hang, but I find it unnecesarily unsafe having many other less potentially harmful devices to use.

All you need to grow is some heat, some tension and some time.

Ive never hung before, but ive had a totally numb unit from overdoing pumping. Took almost.3.weeks but it all came back. Best wishes for ypur recovery.

@Ross347 what did the doctors say? I know you said you went in a few days ago, what did the urologist say? Is there hope?


Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

they said its nerve damage and they don’t know whether it will heal or not ..

There hasn’t been any improvement since the injury. so i dont know man

Nerves take an incredibly long time to heal, for most younger people in the range of months to a year or two.

Don’t get too bummed out or worried (I know, easier said than done). Good thing you saw the urologist to verify it was not something more serious.

There are some things you can do to try to accelerate the healing process.

1. Gentle heat (~98 degrees, but not higher, as long or frequent as possible) applied to the glans, not the testicles. Increases blood flow to the wound.
2. Routine and frequent erections. Again, increases blood flow to the damaged nerves. However, try not to cause more damage through masturbation.
3. You can try some mild electrical stimulation with a TENS unit. Some studies have shown an increase in wound healing with e-stim.

Be patient. Hope this is helpful.
