Hematoma, is it dangerous ?

Well, I overworked tonight … Just made 7 minutes of stretches, then 10 minutes of long dry jelq (in 70-100% EQ). 5 minutes, I did Uli 3 secondes, and bu the end, I did just one horsqe squeeze, just for increase the blood in the shaft and jelq better, i holded it 10 seconds (a little painful, but whatever, i’m a strong man … so was my thought).

I now have a hematoma just like a mosquito bite, purple, not enormous as well. Of course, My EQ was near to 0 when i saw that. First thing I thought : I GOT TO HAVE AN ERECTION ! So I did this, I had one, but a little painful in this area …

Tomorrow is my day off, so I know hematoma are not really serious in the body, just blood, but in the penis ? I think not to but I got to have your advice …

I did have already red spots, this should be alarm me, but I didn’t listen my body …

What do you think ?

Dry jelqs should be done with a lower erection level and you should never, never feel pain. Rest untill the hematoma is gone and learn that strongmen are good for the circus but not for PE.

Horse squeeze was painful, not jelqs …

We have to do some mistakes to learn … My ematoma began to go out, i’m just gonna stretch, because it doesn’t hurt :)

Nice. BTW, forget horse squeezes, they have a too low risk/benefits ratio. My opinion of course.
