Heparin For Thrombophlebitis

I have developed a hard string like chord running along the side of the shaft. It was a little painful at the base. I am now on a break for the last 12 days. I have been mulling to use heparin ointment to treat that. Has anyone tried heparin for clogged veins or thrombophlebitis?

Heparin drugs like Sinthrome are being used to dissolve clots.
The therapy is at least 10 days after the drag will make the blood thinner at the range of 3-4 INR.
But this drag needs weekly blood test samples in order to find the correct dosage cause every person responds differently so there is no one fix dosage for everyone.
Also the foods you eat affect the drag.
