I found my thrombosis I think!

I found my thrombosis I think!

Hey! I have good news, well kinda… it is bad news overall.

I believe I found the cause of my dull ache after masturbation or prolonged erection. I have drawn a quick diagram that explains it and I have a couple of questions on there.

Thank you guys.

Well, I don’t know what the red line is, are you pulling on the glans (head) too hard? The blue line is either the dorsal vein or a dorsal nerve. It can’t be much else. One thing is apparent: you are going a bit too vigorous, don’t go any harder. I would back off a little bit, myself, and keep an eye on it.

Look at it this way: it’s a little warning from your body, so treat it as such. Don’t go looking at it like it’s some “challenge to overcome” or something… that will probably cause more problems. Okay? :)

Is the blue line kind of like this? This sounds similar to that. I didn’t stop PE, but went at it a little easier and it went away eventually.

Yeah, it is the biggest vein that runs straight down the near centre of the top of my dick. The main thrombosed vein is over the glans when foreskin is pulled over head. Does anyone know if the veins are actually located in the foreskin? (the part that some people remove). I am VERY scared that my dorsal nerve or vein is thrombosed and will clot up my lungs or heart if it breaks off. I am gonna go back to the urologist, anyone got more advice?

I think the red line is a lymphocele. I found a picture on the net of one the other day (can’t find it now), and it looked just like what you’ve drawn. Here’s a link describing one.

Thank you Xorgfoo, I will look into this.

I will be going urologist again soon, but I need a new one lol.

If the red line moves with the skin it isn’t a lymphocele (though that is a common location for one). Superficial thrombosed veins move with the shaft skin.

Everyone has squiggly veins and a few strange looking junctions. Some more than others. I think you’re worrying too much.

sometimes whn I jelq to hard I get pain in the center vein in ypout diagram the one that is to the left

.

sprry or my bad encglish and Im a little drunk

Don’t panic — pulmonary embolism occurs from deep vein thromboses. My urologist told me that no penile thrombosis could cause PE. Anyway, good luck solving these issues.

I just waked up it is not serious pain just mild. Sorry about my post lastnigth. I was a little drunk.

Saludos :)
