I heard a pop, is this normal/ok ?

I was doing manual stretches after a shower, and I was pulling down pretty hard when all of a sudden I decided to pull harder and I heard a pop, and a slight sensation near the glans. It hurt very little but I could feel it afterward. Has this ever happened to anyone, is it fine?

This has happened to me before and I was fine. It has to do with your pubic bone. If you stretch hard enough it will pop, but if it hurts then you should stop stretching so hard.

It’s called a lig pop. Some vets say that this is a sign of gains on the way but that hasn’t been proven definitively one way or the other. This is somewaht normal also and you should be fine.

Sounds like a lig pop (but your comment about a sensation near the glans reawakened my fear of pulling the head of my dick off by stretching too hard!).

I had my first two lig pops recently, in the first session after two weeks off, and then again after my next day off.

I also had it happen before, I backed off for only one day and was fine with no lingering issues.
