Ideal Cream or Supplement for Injuries

Aside from Eroset’s Lotion, are there any lotions/creams/supplements already out there that would be ideal for bruising/exhaustion?

Bruising/exhaustion? I’d just ease up on the routine and apply a lot of heat.

In what way should I apply heat.

Like you would warm up for a routine, only without doing the routine. Warm washcloth?

Warm washcloths are kind of.I don’t really like using them basically.

Is there maybe a device or wrap or cream out there?

Because when an athlete has a similiar injury, they don’t use warm washcloths, they use heat wraps, etc.

So use a heat wrap. I use rice socks. Er, socks filled with rice and then microwaved that is.

Neosporin ointment for bruising, blisters, etc.

For exhaustion try leaving it alone for a few days.

Are there any mini lamps that you could just stick on or in your lap for a period of time?

Or anything like that?

Any substitutes for rice socks btw? I’ve tried that but not a fan.
