Injured my penis

I was jelqing today and I noticed when I was done like after my last stroke it kinda hurt and a little above the base to the left looks like a bruise like it’s all purple about the size of a nickel.. Should I worry about this :( kinda looks like freaky, it happened right after jelqing session again so do I just take a break or can I jelq tomorrow. Also anything I should do to it like ice or anything to make it better

it has happened to be a couple of times — I found that within a few days it was gone. I would wait a day or two, if it looks like things are getting better, start up again slowly.

Just take a break for a few days until it heals man. You will be fine.

Maybe a ruptured blood vessel? I guess you pressed too hard.
