Hello guys,

I started the newbie routine a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been studying PE since 2014, but never really was consistent with it.

Now I live alone, I have more time, and I’ll dedicate myself fully to this. I love to improve my body, so you guys will probably see a lot of me in the future.

Anyway, I started doing the newbie routine and I felt a little pain on the right side of the base of my penis.

The pain looks it came from stretching too much. It looks like I pulled to hard, and something “broke”. At first, the pain was very subtle. I knew there was something wrong, but it looked like just soreness.

Because of that, I was arrogant and did one more session. I felt this “little paint” again, but a little bit bigger.

Another day as passed, and I decided to do another one. At the start of this second session, I felt the pain was a little bit bigger again and I stopped the routine completely at the start of it.

This same day, I felt pain in my penis.

It’s almost a week now since that day, and I still feel that there’s something wrong (like my penis is more sensible in the right side of the base). But it’s a very, very, very subtle feeling.

In my opinion, I’d say I’m 90% healed.

The frequency: I was training monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday. The other days were off. That’s what fit my schedule.

But anyway, I’d like some tips on what should I do now. I’d like to train again tomorrow (thursday), but I don’t feel 100% yet.

Should I wait one more week?

Also, I noticed that my penis is little bit more curved to the side that I stretched too much. This may be an impression, I still need to confirm this,

And finally, I also see that when I heat my penis (even when I’m not exercising), that subtle feeling that there’s something wrong disappears.

Stop all PE until further notice. You should aim for zero pain at all times in your penis.

You’re likely doing too much too fast, and you can permanently ruin your penis, and never have another erection, or sex without pain. Read through the injuries forum.

After reading the injury forum, now I’m freaked out.

It’s 5:13 AM here in Brazil. I woke up at around 4:30 and couldn’t sleep anymore.

Yesterday I masturbated and now I’m feeling my penis is exhausted. His flaccid size is smaller and I’m feeling some sort of soreness at the base of my penis (right side).

While I masturbated, I got a 100% erection and ejaculated.

Should I be worried? Are there treatments that I should follow? Should I go see an urologist?

Stop PE activity. Stop masturbating. Leave your penis alone except to wash it and urinate. A gentle massage and minimal stretch is ok. You said it when you stated your penis is exhausted. You have overtrained and stressed your penis. Give it several days, perhaps weeks to rest and recover.

I’ll do that.

Went to a doctor today, he told me everything was fine, and that I maybe had some trauma. He said that I should give it time and it will heal.

One thing I noticed though is that my dick is warped. It’s pointing a little bit more to the left than it used too when it’s 100% erect.

Someone has a experience with this? Will it be like this forever or will it go back to normal?
