Injured or is it Just in My Head?

Can a moderator please move this to the injury forum as I am not allowed to start threads there.

Firstly I’d like to say that what happened to me is 100% my fault I did to much too quick and now I am dealing with the consequences. I found thunders back in January of 2016. I read up on a lot of stuff here and started the newbie routine in late February. At first I started out slow as I was skeptical and didn’t want to over do it . I did a 10 minutes warm up followed by 5 minutes of slow jelqing and 5 30 seconds stretches in each direction (up, down, left, right). After about a month on this routine my EQ was through the roof. I had also gained 0.5in in length and a slight amount of girth.

At this point I started to focus on a stretching only routine, don’t ask me why, I think it was just the fact that it was much quicker and less messy than jelqing, plus I was mainly looking for length gains at first. When I started this routine I was still doing a 5-10 minute warm up followed by 20 minutes of stretching, 5 minutes in each direction. I also started to incorporate kegels into my day too. I would randomly hold kegels for up to 2 minutes at various times throughout the day, never really did reverse kegels as I couldn’t figure them out. I followed that routine for maybe 2-3 weeks and then I started going overboard and got impatient. Didn’t check measurement at this point but EQ was still good

I got to the point where I wanted gains and I wanted them now so I started stretching a lot more than usual, most times skipping them warm up. I would also stretch straight down for the most part. At this point is wasn’t so much a routine as it was just something I did whenever I had free time. One day I noticed my penis exited my body at a different angle. The only way I can explain it is before if I would run my hand down my stomach while flaccid my hand would stop when I got the my penis as it came out almost perpendicular to my body and now it exits straight down, no angle whatsoever ever. I didn’t think this was that big of a deal as I could still get erections and had a upward angle while erect.

My habits kept getting worse and by my 4 month in I was no longer doing warm ups, except the few times I would stretch while in the shower, still not a real warm up. I was stretch strictly straight down at this point and probably applying a lot more force than what was needed. By the end of the 4 month my EQ had started to go down so I took a week off to give my self a break. I jumped right back into straight down stretching after that week was up and started doing BTC stretching while at work

One day while BTC stretching at work I felt some discomfort, not really pain but more of an ache. I was stretched under my right butt cheek with a good amount of force. I stopped stretching right away and started to freak out. This was mid to late July of 2016. I had a dull ache in my groin area for probably 3 weeks to a month after that. The only area I felt discomfort was at the base of my penis and in my pelvic floor area, sometimes I would get a tingling sensation in my left leg. Erections were also much harder to get and maintain. I also got a hard flaccid and my glands were cold for about a month or so. My condition has improved since then as I rarely get any pain, sometimes my leg still gets this weird tingling in my back of my knee but elections are not near what they used to be.

It’s been almost a year since my injury and even though my condition has improved I’m no where near where I used to be. I will also add that before I got injured I worked out everyday, had all my meals planned out, and only ate healthy foods so that could be part of what’s wrong as I haven’t worked out since the injury and I can tell I am really out of shape. I have decided to give myself a month to get back in shape and if that doesn’t improve anything I am going to see a urologist.

Current symptoms:
- Penis angles to left at base
- Extra veins at base on left side looks like a lump
- No morning wood (use to have raging hard ons every morning)
- Takes longer to get erect
- Erections subside quickly sometimes even with stimulation (sex is better but still subside quicker than before)
- Can’t go multiple rounds anymore as I get soft right after ejaculating
- Base of penis feels loose/ not totally hard
- Erection angle much lower
- Have to pee much more often and when I have to go, I have to go now
- Area between penis and butt is never hard anymore
- Occasionally have cold glands and hard flaccid

Does anyone have any insight of what could be wrong with me? Or is it just all in my head?
