Okay so took off a week and today I did 10 min warm up, and 3 30 sec uli or squeezes and jelqing in between sets and at the begining with a total of 40 firm slow jelqs and 3 30 sec squeezes.
Is that a good girth routine ? Or is it too beginner ?
