I started PE 2 weeks ago. Here is my routine. It’s relatively light I think.
Warm wrap w/ wash cloth : 10 minutes
Front, upward, downward, left and right stretch holds : 20 seconds each
Wet jelqing ( half 60 degree upward standard ok grip, half downward 60 degree reverse ok grip) : 10 minutes total
Kegels: 50 3-second holds
Warm wrap w/ wash cloth : 10 minutes
After my first few sessions I started to feel a a slight tenderness on the right side of the shaft from near base to just below the glans. After a few days rest everything felt ok but since then I’ve done some sessions where everything feels fine during and for a few hours after, but then I begin to feel the tenderness in the same area later in the evening or after sex/masturbation.
I wouldn’t say it’s a shooting pain sensation but sometimes I get an aching sensation which lasts for a minute or two, sometimes a little more, then it’ll subside for a while and return on and off throughout the day.
Thoughts and/or advice?
Any recommendations on PE suspension length? Recommendations of routine revision?
