Injury???

Hey there. After my PE workouts, my meatus - aka. my pisshole - is always puffy and swollen. It is never sore or painful and always goes away shortly after my workout finishes.

To be more specific, it only happens after stretching, I am assuming from forcing blood to the head when gripping. I can’t really lighten up on the grip though or I don’t get a good stretch. I also use baby powder as a grip aid. Jelqing doesn’t cause this. I tested it by doing workouts of just stretching and just jelqing. It never happened on the just jelqing sessions.

Does anyone know if this will cause any long term damage? If so, how can I avoid this?
