Injurybruise near circumcision scar

I’ve been wearing an all day stretching device and I’ve noticed that my circumcision scare gets aggravated. It’s weird its almost like it near fully healed. It’s always looked very dark and brown, not uniform. Since doing the all day stretching it’s become browner and I even had a drop of blood. This is the second time this has happened.

Is this normal? Why is this happening?

Blood is not normal. Either don’t wear it or adjust it to avoid the area.
