Jelqed too hard I think
I was jelqing the other a couple weeks ago and felt slight pain right at the end of the session so I stopped. It just felt like I stressed the base of the left side a bit too much. When I got erect later I felt slight dull pain in that spot. So I took about 2 weeks off but still masturbated during that time. I still felt it slightly but it seemed to be getting a bit better. I started to think maybe I did too many kegels and stressed it out that way and the pain was coming from more of the ball region. I did light PE yesterday and it seemed ok after. I still felt very slight pain off and on throughout the day as I had been up till then. I PE’d again tonight and felt the slight dull ache every now and then but I didn’t seem to stress it too much. I started masturbating after and it felt fine until I got to a certain point where I felt like I was going to cum. I felt a noticable pain in the left side. Not crazy pain but an achy pain. How long should I hold off before I can resume PE and sex/masterbation? I’m a hypochondriac and have gone months thinking there was something wrong only to realize there wasn’t. I was just focusing too much on it I think. Actually, I had this same kind of pain and took off at least 3 or 4 months from PE and sex and then still “felt” a dull ache but I thought screw it I’ll try PE anyway and everything was fine. I don’t want to waste that kind of time now. So how long should I rest it before I “re-evalute” it again? Also, should I ice/heat it?
