Yes. Non smoker. I don’t exercise and my diet is just ok. I’m sure that doesn’t help, but I’ve also spent the better half of the last 2 years touring and never had an issue quite like this. I’m positive this is PE related. Even when I had Cialis in my system and was horny, I watched porn just to “see” and it took a lot of maneuvering and flapping my dick around just to get an erection. It feels like there’s nothing going on down there at all points of the day.
If it is PE related, and it probably is, leave your penis alone for awhile. Someone staring at a watched pot might think it will never boil. Someone staring at a hurt penis might think it will never heal. Give it time, and don’t get hung up on it for now. I get penis problems are worrisome, but you need to keep ahold of yourself before this becomes something psychological. If its not getting worse, don’t panic just yet. Has it gotten better at all this past week, other than the reduction of the red dots?

Jelqing is the most dangerous PE excercise not backed by research to grow the penis and backed by research to have the potential to give you venous leakage. There are multiple case reports on people getting venous leakage and ED after jelqing.
Might be worth looking into about the weak veins but I would disagree about jelqing being the most dangerous PE exercise. Jelqing is the centerpiece and can be dangerous if done incorrectly, but done correctly its safe as can be. In my opinion it has been established that clamping is overall the most dangerous exercise, then hanging, pumping, jelqing and stretching. Of course, jelqing injuries are more likely the more erect the performer is during the exercise, but at the same time you could argue the same about the intensity of all PE exercises. But this is a tangent now, I digress.
Use caution all around and if you’re really that worried about it in this moment, see a urologist ASAP. If you have had no improvement in the past few days, I would suggest seeing one on Monday if at all possible. But like I said before, I think you’ll be fine in 2 weeks time anyway.
