For me no matter what happens next jelqing is a thing of the past for me , I will never do it again. I have a 7.5” inch penis but I was greedy and stupid
Sounds to me like you started with too many jelqs at too high of an intensity. Now you’re basically worn out and freaking out over injuries you need to let heal without taking Cialis or anything to force your performance. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, happened to me many many many times by now. And since PE injuries are accumulative, it doesn’t matter how often you PE… If you’re not healing you need to cut back a bit. In fact the Newbie Routine may be a bit much for you if you’ve got issues with blood blisters and get certain injuries a lot.
Take myself for example. I gained around 4” in length and 2” in girth from the time I started at 14 when I found this stuff online to my graduation from high school. Sound great, right? But I also have chronic urticaria or sensitive skin that bruises, blisters, and burns a bit easier than most. And that set me back at times because I would get red spots pretty bad and I have a couple blood blisters that never went away. I didn’t let it get to me, I just figured I would rest until I could PE again and keep up with it for the next couple decades. I can still grow, but I’m not PE’ing like my life depended on it and I take more days off to heal.
I would just recommend you take 2-6 weeks off, NO MASTURBATION (especially with that head bruise/blister). When you’re ready to start back up, start with two days a week. You only do 10 wet jelqs your first day, make them count, and then do 11 the next time, 12 the time after that and so on and so forth. Just one set, plenty of rest days in between, and if you can get 20 you can add another day. PE is not difficult, but is does take some serious commitment to both rest & recovery and training. And the way it’s prescribed around here guy’s egos get in the way of what they should be doing. And if you injure easily, you just need to be that much more careful…. That’s all that means.
