Left Vas deferens

After two crazy powerful ejaculations that make me feel completely emptied out my left vas deferens is bigger and I mean bigger and feels super tight like if someone had a muscle cramp. It’s been an hour and it hasn’t gone away. My right nut and vas deferns are fine so I don’t get this at all. Kind of starting to worry but it doesn’t hurt or anything just looks different from the right and has a very slight feeling of discomfort maybe because my nuts are still empty. Wondering if anyone had this before and basically whats up if anyone knows.

The vas does have muscular layers that contract to move sperm along. I suppose it’s possible to overwork them.

It’s unusual for someone to be this specific in their complaint. The vas deferens are contained within the scrotum and spermatic cord and aren’t visible unless isolated and brought close to the scrotal skin. Even then they are not usually distinguishable from anything else under the skin unless your scrotal skin is thin and very loose.

Are we talking about the purple tube in this image? That’s the vas deferens.

I have that also. When I was 25 I had my appendix out, and it had already begun to rupture, causing an infection in the vas deferens called “epidimitis.” It flares up occasionally, and did so recently. I was talking something called Anagen and it was causing me to create so much sperm that it would dribble out on its own. Since I stopped taking Anagen it is going away, slowly.

After a good nights sleep yeah I think everything is back to normal and yes it was that tube. That was creepy though that’s one place you don’t want to have a cramp or whatever it was.
